We had our beautiful wedding reception here in September of 2021 and it was the stuff that dreams are made of. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, like a grand ballroom with huge chandeliers and windows overlooking the golf course and lake. Phoenix was our main point of contact, and she was incredible. She was also our bartender that evening, and she ensured everyone had the time of our lives! I couldn’t be happier with our experience here. If you’re thinking of having a wedding at or near Toccoa Falls, PLEASE have your reception here!! We are forever grateful we did!!

Our experience with Lake Toccoa Event Facilities was fantastic. Phoenix was in constant communication with us and was so accommodating to all of our needs. Our wedding reception was perfect and all of it had to do with how easy it was to set up and decorate how we wanted. We have been recommending Lake Toccoa Event Facilities to our friends and family since our wedding in March of 2021. The building is beautiful and has spectacular views of the beautiful Lake Toccoa. 10/10

Peaceful lake with a .7 mile trail around it. A long foot bridge provides spacious views of the lake and golf course. No motorized boats are allowed but paddle boats can be rented by the entrance. There is an events pavilion next to Ping's Grill and the Toccoa Golf Club house.

The perfect place for the perfect wedding! So reasonable, such fantastic service, so much bang for our buck! Phoenix went above and beyond to help us with every detail. The grounds and the buildings are gorgeous and our pictures show it!

I have only good things to say! Weddings can be comically expensive now, but the pricing setup for the Reflections at Lake Toccoa allowed us to customize our perfect day. Phoenix was incredibly helpful and kind and we had a great time. The venue is gorgeous - I couldn't recommend enough!

I can't imagine there being a better place to have a wedding reception anywhere! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. We had my daughter's wedding reception here a week ago, and we could not be happier! Phoenix was extremely helpful and accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed (and even saved the day when we forgot plates), and she responded immediately to calls/emails when we had questions. The bar is well-stocked, and Phoenix arranged the space exactly how our wedding planner requested. The balcony and bridal suite are perfect for the wedding party and for great photos! You always want your children's special events to be perfect, and the Lake Toccoa Event Facility went out of their way to make sure it was! Thank you, Lake Toccoa Event Facility and Phoenix!

I've been to this facility twice for a wedding. It's lovely for an outside wedding, but each wedding was held inside due to rain. I thought it was a fluke, but it was confirmed during the second wedding that more lighting is needed to obtain decent wedding pics.

The first wedding I attended had the reception elsewhere so I didn't experience the food. However, the second wedding opted to have the reception on-site. Great bar set-up. The food was horrible!! Not much effort put into the preparation or presentation. The best description would be one step above high school cafeteria food. They should be ashamed.

Recommend for cocktails only and have reception elsewhere with your preferred caterer. Venue for wedding 50-50.

Plus - Adequate parking and off duty officer present for event.

I totally recommend renting out the reflection building!! I recently had my wedding there and it was so beautiful. The cost to rent the building out is totally worth your money. My wedding reception was better than I have ever imagined, and the workers were very accommodating and helpful.
