We were disappointed to find out from season campers that the 2 amenities we were looking forward to have not been functioning for about 2 years. I would have considered another option had that information been available when I made reservations on Campspot. The lake is beautiful and our neighbors were fantastic. We had a good time.

This is our 2 season as seasonal campers at Lake Louise. It’s also the second season without a working pool and little to no communication as to the issue with the pool or when it will be fixed; really fixed.|When we first decided to become seasonal at LL we were told by the park manager that bathrooms were one of the top items to be renovated. Unfortunately renovated and working are two different things. |There is no activity director therefore activities are regularly cancelled at last minute or moved with no notice. |The store on site does not sell things you would expect to find at a campground store i.e. camping essentials but that’s ok it’s really hit or miss as to when the store is open. Good luck finding the operating hours and if you do find them, even better luck finding the store operational during those times. |As a seasonal camper with your credit card on file, you will be charged for pump outs that are not listed in your contract and are supposed to be included in your yearly fee. No explanation will be given to you as to why you were charged this year but not last year. |Any campers who do speak up about issues with the campground or management are threatened with being kicked out or retaliated against. |Team Outsider is who owns the campground. You will never see them post about Lake Louise like they do their other properties because for some reason they don’t care about this one. The co-owners of Team Outsider, Cody Sauer and Josh Weissenstein have been reached out to multiple times by campers to voice their concerns about the state of LL only to have both Josh & Cody turn a blind eye and a deaf ear. I would recommend NOT doing business with Lake Louise or ANY campgrounds owned by Team Outsider FKA Land Lease America.

I’m a bit shocked how there are any good reviews.

The sites are OK, Flat, but only about 10% of them have fire rings and picnic tables.

Maybe it’s because the season is almost over. But the amount of effort put in by staff here is pretty minimal. The “events” were not organized or coordinated at all, 1/2 of them didn’t even happen, nobody knew what was going on.

It’s a beautiful lake! But they told us that “state law prohibits swimming in the lake after Labor Day”. Which is just not true. I understand closing the pool on Labor Day or whenever you choose, but to not allow kids to splash in the 3’ deep lagoon/lake when it’s 95° outside is a bit ridiculous.

While not their fault. Loud Cargo planes from RFD fly over almost all night along with Blaring train horns here and there.

This place is a great campground. Lots to do. A lake, swim and fish, pool, pickleball, shuffle board, park, and much more. They have activities each weekend and have a huge whibit on the lake for fun. It's clien and friendly managers. Corey and his entire family and employees are always working to make you happy. We were seasonal for 7 years and just great fun and people. It really is hard to leave and we are leaving for personal reasons. We didn't want to leave.

Been here 7 years. Only leaving due to personal reason. This place is wonderful. Corey and his family have worked hard to make this a clean fun family resort. I can't say enough good things about them. We are so going to miss this place. I know they are not done working on this and will continue to work on..they have a large whibit on the lake so fun. Nice pool and the friends and community is so nice. They really have come a long way. They also have snuggle board, pickle ball, basket ball court and you can rent gold carts. We really will miss this place and everyone. They also put on a great fireworks show fourth of July and typically the end of the season.

Very disappointed in our recent stay. Someone was on the site our family reserved & we had to contact the office to inquire about having them move before our family arrived.

We had not stayed here in 3 years & we're excited for the weekend events that were posted. There was supposedly a golf cart drag race scheduled for Noon on Sat. My family went down to park next to the pool area & watch an employee put cones out then walk away. We sat for over 30 mins & no employee came to facility the event. There was a car show event posted which never took place. We didn't even bother to go down to the office for the kids wooden derby car race as we were not confident it would happen & did not want to disappoint our children anymore. We will not be returning again needless to say. Do not post a theme or event weekend & not follow through or facilitate the events listed. Such false advertisement.

We were excited to learn a jump pillow had been installed since out last stay. But soon disappointed in where it was located. It makes more sense to put the jump pillow near the playground for parents to be able to watch their children. We were not comfortable with the jump pillow being located so close to the entrance, road, and lake.

It was a hot weekend & were told the lake was not open for swimming in due to state laws. If it is swim at your own risk with no lifeguard on duty then why were campers not allowed to use the lake to cool off.

There was also a seasonal camper ringing a cow bell throughout the weekend to get weekend campers to be quiet. The weekend campers were not excessively loud or rude. They were simply having a nice weekend with karaoke and even stopped the music at 11 for quiet hours. The seasonal camper felt she needed to stand on her porch to ring a cow bell at 7am on Sat. And to ring the bell again late Sat night. Some seasonal campers were nice & friendly but others were not happy to have weekenders staying & made it clear we were not welcome.

They put on an amazing firework show for the community. We have stayed here for a couple of months and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The owners are very friendly and will do anything to help you out. The lake and pool are both amazing durning the hot days. They offer different things in the office to use during your stay. They have Kayak and golf cart rentals as well. They have replaced the roof on the laundry room and have put in a new court in the park to play on.

The activities that they had planned never happened. I went into the store area hoping the ice cream bar would be open but it was not. We asked if we could swim in the lake and were told no because it was after Labor Day. I have been here a few times it used to be really nice now everywhere you looking there are campers and sites for sale
