To make a long story short if you buy propane from them get a receipt and test it as soon as you get home!

I’ve been going to this place for many years. I’ve never had a problem with the new ownership until today. I buy a couple propane tanks at a time so I don’t have to run out more than often. I had swapped 2 tanks out with them per usual as I live only a few blocks away about a month or so ago. Today one of the tanks ran out so I took the red seal off and hooked it up to the grill. It would not fire up due to the valve mechanism not working properly. The tank felt full and had the seal on it. Me being a regular at this store, I figured they’d swap it out without issue.. I was wrong. The normal guy wasn’t there, instead I get some mid 20s lady who demands a receipt when 9 out of 10 times you don’t get a receipt. When you do get one it’s not even itemized so how could that have even helped? That’s ok there’s plenty more liquor stores in the area. I’ve told my family and alcoholic friends to boycott them. I hope the $25 was worth the multi-weekly sales you would have been making.

Had a nice conversation with new owner. They made sure to take care of me and the situation I wished to discuss with them. I will keep coming back for a long time if this level of service is upheld.
