Mike was such a pleasure and very accommodating. We were passing thru and arrived late. Helped us get setup. Very clean and quiet. We’ll stop again.

It's nice, quiet and clean. You can go fishing right there on the lake. They have on-site laundry and a bath house. The RV park is not too far from the few stores they have in that area. There's no Wi-Fi. My husband paid the monthly rental lot fee and 1 week later his job ended. We couldn't get a pro-rated refund, which sucked bc we had no reason to stay. We decided to stay a little longer since we were paid up for the month and he had downtime before starting his next job. Overall if you love to fish and looking for quietness, this is a good place.

Wonderful place to stay! The owner was super helpful in helping us set up. Made us feel welcome and appreciated always! Eat friendly; kid friendly! Loved it. Felt like a community! Enjoyed fishing. My daughter caught her first fish ever here! Will miss y’all so much!

My husband had some work to do in that area and as i searched for motels this popped up.. and it is simply amazing. I called and spoke with the owner and he set him up in a fully furnished cabin with utilities included. Has everything you need. Super helpful. Quiet and very clean place. No riff raff. Also has a pond for fishing 🐠 🐟. And the price was great!

I had the pleasure of staying in one of the cabins here from Oct-June while working in the area. I'm so glad to have found this place! It's a quiet, relaxing place after work. Cabins have a full size refrigerator and stove. They have a wash room on site. Mr. Mike and his wife are real genuine people. I will say that if I'm ever in the area again, I hope they have an opening. Btw, the fishing is really good. Thank you Mr. Mike it was a pleasure!

This is excellent place to stay. Very quite. I stayed here almost a year working on a project and have zero complaints. Mike Brown is most helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Utilities are included in the spot fee and cabins, that's a huge plus. If you're traveling to or through this area, call and if Mike can help you, you'll enjoy your time.

I was told by others not to stay in McIntosh, but I'm so glad I didn't listen!!
I think other competitors out there spread lies to hurt other parks and drive the business their way.
All I can say is you will not be disappointed at all! The park is clean, spacious, peaceful and has great views and fishing.
The owner is very hospitable and accommodating!! Truly a hidden gem !!
I will be back.
