My friend and I needed a girls days not being moms and wives today . First visit for us, we both got the Turkish bath, full body massage and facial. Everything about the experience was fantastic we will definitely be back. The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, if your looking for a place in Stockton please try, you will want to go back

Laila's Spa was wonderful to us. My boyfriend took me here as a special treat! We enjoyed the couples Thai massage, where they walk on your back but also massage with their hands. It eased intense but amazing! We can't wait to try the Turkish bath!!!

My Turkish bath was amazing! Followed up with an hour massage that was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. Masseuse listened to me when I mentioned a bad shoulder and spent extra time to focus on my issue. It felt like the never ending massage 💕.

The owner is very rude to customers. I had purchased a groupon and all she did was complain about how she loses money with groupon. I had purchased a groupon many years ago to her spa and had a great experience. So when I saw it come up again I thought it would be a great birthday gift for myself. Not noticing the offer was for 1st offers only.

She was very rude stating that she doesn't make any money on groupon and I should have read the fine print. Saying that I should have called her first.

I told her that is no way to talk to customers and if doesn't want people from groupon maybe she should not advertise on them.

She is rude and lacks customer service skills.

I have gone there twice, paying directly to them. Love the experience and energy. 3 time I purchased a massage through Groupon App. Omg worst mistake ever. The owner is a bit rude. I had a appointment set up that I scheduled directly with the owner, she was the one that was taking customer service that time. And it was first time seeing her, compared to the last 2 times she wasn’t there. She gives the energy that she is not glad to help you because you purchased through Groupon App. She tells me make sure you bring a TIP I was like, OK. I come to my appointment and she flakes. No one is there, place is close. I call and leave a message. And she calls back being so rude. That I didn’t have a appointment scheduled. And tells me lies that she was there and open and she wasn’t I even took pictures to show her that she is lying why Don’t USE Groupon she’ll judge you which is not right she has it set up with them.

The massage was just okay, it was my first time trying this place and they paired us with a training massage therapist. We had a couples massage and my husband enjoyed his but mine was not what I was hoping for. Laila was very nice and accommodating as my spouse was 10min late. I would give this place another try but book with a different therapist. I am extremely sore in my shoulders (problem area) cause I dont think she understood me when I asked her twice for a lighter hand, I got tired of trying to communicate it. I also wrote down my my areas of interest and it didnt seem like she even looked at the paper cause my feet were barley touched.

I purchased a groupon for Laila's Spa in December of 2019. Last week of February 2020 on the 18 I booked a massage for the 20th, at the time of booking she requested the voucher code. I assumed to keep it on file for when I redeem the services, I was wrong later that day I was notified by groupon that the voucher had been received. I had to cancel the appointment the day of taking my boyfriend to the ER, and received text confirmation of the no show. Now it is the 27th and I called to reschedule when Laila the owner requested I pay another $30 on top of the voucher to book the appointment as a deposit on top of the $40 I paid for the groupon. She stated she had already paid the message therapist with the voucher money and makes nothing off of Groupon. When I asked for the money back she started to yell at me saying it was my fault for her having to pay the massage therapist. So now I lost $40 and on top of it have to deal with the stress of having to pay $30 while dealing with my boyfriend's medical endeavors. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE, EXTREMELY POOR ETHICS. And I'm pretty sure not refunding services that were never given is a crime.
