Really disappointed..
If you go when they have an event at night, you are basically stuck. There will be no parking even though you pay $25 for it. The bar and restaurant will be closed and it will be so loud.
We couldn’t use the pool and hot tub, there was kids jumping in and making a mess and so much noise. Pretty sure the kids were part of the event and the parents just sent them so they wouldn’t have to watch them.

The staff just looked down on me and my wife and straight up laughed at us when we just asked a simple question.

The room is just so outdated. The tv is just so old and bad. It turned off by itself randomly and there isn’t a lot of choice on it. One of the lights was not working. The ceiling of a part of the room just looks so bad ( picture included ). Looked like a office building ceiling that was never cleaned.

Overhaul, for a nearly $400 night, this is so not worth it. No breakfast included, no discount on the spa, staff that looks down on you.

It was supposed to be a special occasion for us. Now it will just be remembered as one of the worst stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning decor and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

This review is for a hotel venue at Lafayette Hotel.

This is a stunning venue with the best team who will make your event extra special!

I planned, decorated and coordinated a Baby Shower Event at Lafayette Park Hotel and enjoyed working with Kimberly and Kim and the team. The team was proactive, smart and hard working and very detail oriented. Our event was a big success and our clients and guests were elated and happy.

Our clients chose their Brunch Menu and it was delicious, fresh and gourmet.

I recommend this venue for your event needs. Dina from Dina's Deluxe Events, Los Gatos, CA

Came here for the spa and unfortunately there was a major tree trimming project happening in the apartment complex above the pool/spa area. The loud noise was heard from within the spa, and was extremely distracting. It made the pool area unusable due to noise, debris flying and the construction workers directly above. Because the spa doesn't have any amenities, you have to purchase a pool pass for $35 if you want to spend time on site. The hotel said it’s the spa’s problem and the spa said it’s the hotel’s problem. For a $200 massage experience, this is unacceptable that this interruption was not mentioned to guests prior to or after booking as it was apparently happening all week. My friend and I made great plans to come here - taking an afternoon off work, I’m 37 weeks pregnant etc. so we could not reschedule. We would have gone elsewhere if we had known. Staff offered to cancel however, it just ended up being a waste of time and a customer service disappointment. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

My room was spacious with a nice view of the courtyard. There was a lovey wedding there on Sunday which my room overlooked. The ceiling was sloped, large bathtub and mid-range bedding. The fixtures were dated, walls and furniture had normal wear and tear from use. The main desk lamp outlets were loose and if used the wires came out of the socket. That was a little scary but obvious enough I did not use them. Felt like the price and location should have provided nicer linens, toiletries and amenities. The housekeeping was excellent. Room service was somewhat awkward at times, possibly due to new staff. The restaurant totally uninspired, pricey and basic. Multiple times I ordered tea, eggs and a bagel for breakfast and the tray came without any sweeteners or salt and pepper. I hate to say it ruined my breakfast but I really don't like eggs with no salt and tea with no sugar. Would love to find a true luxury retreat in this area but I'm still looking. I'll be back if I find nothing better but I'll be sure to request salt, pepper, sweeteners and anything else not listed on the menu but required for a meal.

Nice room, great staff, room service never called back twice over an hour so I was late for spa services and missed several; but they helped me reschedule the last one at least before leaving. Finally got my order in and fed, so eventually win. Glad again that I had the time to slice my schedule. I just made it work but it hit awkward for a good bit there. No bell captain- disabled and took my own bags up to my room :-/. Upon check-in, the gal said she had another emergency but at least gave me my key. Slept fine. I’d try it again, and if it’s a repeat, I’ll reduce the rating. For now, nice staff = benefit of the doubt.
