Everything was perfect! The entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the paintings and photos on the walls—they added a wonderful touch. The bathroom had an interesting and unique design. The bed was clean and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.||||Breakfast was both high-quality and delicious, and we appreciated the tea and coffee available in the lobby. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.||||Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly when we checked in. The pool area was well kept up. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The location was perfect. You can walk across the parking lot to Wal Mart if you need anything. There are many restaurants near by.

We recently stayed. Bobby was incredibly helpful in setting up a discounted block of rooms for our team and the parents/families traveling with us.He was always responsive to my numerous emails and handled everything with such a pleasant demeanour, truly going above and beyond to accommodate our group.||The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. My group especially loved the rooms with two beds and a studio suite room—it gave everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax.||When we arrived, the front desk staff informed us that their system was down, but the check-in process still went seamlessly. The staff member assisting us used her phone to complete our check-ins quickly and efficiently, which we greatly appreciated.||Thank you again for the fabulous customer service and for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for future trips!

So my son booked this hotel online about 2 months ago. He drove 3 hours one way for his stay for one night. He showed up around 11am and was told to come back at 3 for check in. He arrived back and was told he could not stay because he wasn't 21, which was our fault for not seeing it in tiny print on a separate policy button that was tiny. After he said okay and left, they charged his debit card. I called the hotel and the desk manager said that the manager would check the cameras and if that were true, they would reimburse him. One month has gone by and I have called back probably 4 or 5 times letting them know he still has not gotten his money back. The desk manager still tells me that the manager has to review the cameras. My son will never see his money. This place is a joke. Running his debit card as soon as he left. The manager said they had 2 new people and that they ran his card because they were afraid if they didn't charge him, they would get in trouble. Have a heart people, make this good!!! He is 19 and wasn't able to stay, doesn't make much money due to going to college full time. Do not ever stay at this hotel!! Rude and lying ass people. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

So, l stayed at this hotel for the second time and will not be coming back again. I checked in to the hotel during a time they were having construction and the elevator did not operate. This was a big inconvenience, however l appreciate how accommodating the front desk host was. She went and grabbed the elevator because you would have to call the elevator to the floor you are on.

When l make it to my room after check in l looked at my sheets it had yellow stains that look like urine on it. Walked into the bathroom the towels had yellow stains on them as well. However, knowing that pets are welcomed it made me think that it was urine stains from pets.

I called the front desk and told her l needed my room to be moved and the excuse was that the sheets are older and stained from wear and tear. If that is the case throw the sheets and towels away!! She did move my room that was better. What caused the icing on the cake for me was the day l checked out. Someone came to my room and knocked and l assumed it was room service. I was on a meeting call and l asked who it was no one said anything and no one was at the door. That was around 10am… when 11:30a came l was in the shower right before checkout. Someone tried to come in my room without announcing themselves. Luckily l had the safety on the door. I complained and the guy seem nonchalant about it. I told him his housekeepers need to do a better job at announcing themselves before just coming to bust in a guest room. I will not be coming back!!

This reasonably priced hotel right off the interstate has large clean rooms with plenty of parking. Breakfast included. Our room was at the end of the hall opposite side from the interstate very quiet. You can easily walk to the Super Walmart is about 200 yards away.

My husband and I stay here once a month for a date night and we have enjoyed our time here. The cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that we were informed the elevator was fixed made me feel better about staying on the 4th floor. I would have preferred the first or second floor if the elevator still wasn’t fixed.

🚨 DO NOT STAY HERE – HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 🚨

Our stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Springfield IL was a complete nightmare. Here’s why:

1. Broken Elevator: We had to carry our 22-month-old baby and stroller up and down the stairs because the elevator was out of order.
2. No Room Service: We requested service twice, but no one ever showed up. We had to take out our own trash and go to the front desk for towels.
3. Unprofessional Breakfast Staff: The person in charge of the kitchen was watching videos loudly instead of refilling the empty food containers.
4. Excessive Noise: A hockey team staying at the hotel let their kids play hockey in the hallways late at night, waking up our baby multiple times.
5. Hotel Management Did Nothing: Despite calling the front desk multiple times, the staff ignored the situation. We had to call the police, and in the end, we were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.

After this terrible experience, the hotel refused to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable, and I am now escalating my complaint:

If you value your safety, comfort, and basic customer service, DO NOT STAY HERE. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.
