Five stars since it is an older hotel but they keep it updated, clean and comfortable, great safe location, we like to stop here rather than Fort Smith. Only thing was the water takes awhile to get hot but there was ample toiletries. Popular breakfast runs out but they try their best to keep up. We traveled with our doodle & they all showed lots of love. The ladies are wonderful who operate the kitchen.

Easy to get to off the highway. The room was very clean and service was great. The linens and bed were very comfortable. The only negative is that you can hear people's coming and going loud and clear from the hall. Coffee in the room wasn't great but the coffee downstairs was actually quite good and always available. Breakfast was the usual. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

What an amazing place to stay! The power went out due to storms and my group was there to visit my husband. He's a pipeline worker and we were missing him. Even tho the power went out the staff was so helpful and prepared and patient. Room's were amazing and spacious. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. The manager of that establishment went above and beyond and was so generous. All of the desk workers were extremely nice as well. The breakfast was top tier with lots of options. And they even had chocolate milk. Definitely coming back on our next visit.

I love this hotel chain. The rooms are always nice and clean, and the staff is ALWAYS so wonderful, accommodating, and patient (especially with my 2 daughters asking them 100 questions). We'll definitely be staying here again!

We had a short stay here. Got in about 7:30 and left by 6:30 the next morning. The breakfast was better than most places that had just waffles, some type of eggs, and mystery meat that looked like sausage. This LaQuinta also had gravy and biscuits. Most places only have 2% milk. They also had chocolate milk. ||I had 2 issues with this LaQuinta. 1. The interstate noise was pretty high on the side that faced it, our room. We only had one bath towel in our room, so only one of us could dry after a shower. After a very long day, and one that only involved driving and riding in the car, I chose to just wash off a little, instead of going down to the desk and try to get another towel.

My review is based on getting managment's attention on how the housekeeping should communicate with Guests. I only stay at a few select brand hotels because of their reputation and service and professionalism. I stayed at this hotel per my daughter's request since she had a pagent to participate in. I am a member of the Bonvoy program and there were 2 hotels in walking distance of this one which I would have preferred but I said Ok. ||I was also traveling with my 78 year old mother. I learned the last night of staying in the hotel this hotel has a very strict non-negotiable late checkout policy. (I am a member of 2 hotel chains where there is flexibility but I only use it when absolutely necessary). So after learning of this, I advised my Mom we would have to wait 7 hours driving around the town until the Pagent doors opened in the evening. Not happy, but I accepted and learned my lesson. And I would only be asking for 2 hours.||I started moving all the luggages out by 10:55am. I advised my Daughter and my 78 mother to stay in the room as I transported large luggages to the rent a car with the help of the luggage carriers the hotel offered. I didn't want my mother to help because she had somewhat injured herself trying to move her items into the hotel. I need to perform 3 roundtrips. | |On the way back on round 3, my mother and daughter came down the elevator and advised a hispanic housekeeping female knocked on the door and said "Do you know it's passed 11am". ||I sure enough wished I was there because that is not the way an employee of a hotel should talk to a guest. I want the GM to train this person on how to talk to guest. She needs to be retrained with "Are you all checking out today or need any help" would have come off much better. My mother would have said, my daughter advised me to stay since she is loading by herself luggages and other items and would be back any minute. Instead my mother grabbed the few items she had along with my daughter and proceeded downstairs. I needed to make sure everything was accounted for because we have been missing items. ||I would never get this kind of treatmen from the Bonvoy Hotels.

Very calm, clean environment. Nice and present staff. Everything was exactly as it should be. Definitely going back. I got the room with the hot tub and it was the best I've seen 😍 the breakfast was really good. Spread was well laid out with a waffle maker and all toppings too!

The best thing about this hotel was it was so close to Lake dardenelle, Mt Nebo etc., I also loved that it had these storage compartments both underneath the sink and next to the sink. Makes it so much easier when you are there for a few nights. I just move the towels and put my stuff in loved the walk-in shower and spray. We used the hot tub. Needed some repairs by hot tub windows. Bed was comfortable/other than the pillows. All the places we stay at need larger, garbage cans, and two desk chairs for people who eat breakfast or lunch in their room.
