I was so happy laying in my bright, crisp, clean white sheets. I just really appreciated the cleanness of not only the linens but the whole room. I’m mentioning this because they were so extra white and bright, as well as the towels. My flight to St Louis wasn’t great, and I wasn’t feeling 100% so I was grateful my room was so nice. The next morning I had lost my voice, and asked the front desk if they had turmeric and lemon on hand so I could make Golden tea. They quickly provided me the ingredients and I was able to sooth my throat before departing. I should also add, they were gracious enough to let me have a late checkout. I was very blessed by my stay at La Quinta Pontoon Beach. Thank you all very much. Keep up the good work

This place is great, at least under my circumstances. I’m here for business and it is in a general area around said business is conducted. The staff is amazing & I mean it. I booked 5 minutes prior to checking in and they were more than happy to receive us. Room is great, beds are great, cleanliness is great. I’m well-traveled and I expected to sleep in worse but this place exceeded expectations especially for a last minute booking. Great time with surrounding attractions, police station right next door, local VPC down the road and airport 20 minutes away. This amazing, quiet hotel is worth it, be it long-term business or short.

It was a great stay. I would definitely let my company know to put me here when I am in the area. One of the cleaner one around. I stayed at best western last time and it was not that great. Beds were clean and comfortable. I also got time to enjoy pool which was a plus. Breakfast had lot of choices. All in all good place to stay the night.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The hotel smells. Hallway carpet seems to not have shampoo for ages. Broken shower heads not replace, easy $20 DIY. Main hall bathroom door handle broken but not replaced. Bed sheets are dirty and not replaced. Hairs and stain on bed sheets. Very disappointed for something that cost around $100/night. Owner needs to know that these are very important things to get returning customers. For me I will never stay here again. So many times I am disappointed when owners don't care about their establishments.

We had a great experience! The front desk night clerk was especially welcoming and helpful—he made check-in and extending our stay effortless. He also gave fantastic recommendations for local eateries, which we really appreciated. His friendly and professional attitude truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and excellent service!

This is my all time favorite hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast makes my day better. My room is always been clean and ready before checking time. I always enjoy my stay. And I would choose this again and again.

Very nice staff, clean, good area, good breakfast. Very accommodating. Pet friendly. They do charge $25 per night per pet. They did provide most toiletries, but bring lotion if you need it. They don't provide that. Beds were super comfortable. Overall, very nice. We will return. Stayed 4 nights.

Very friendly front desk staff. Conveniently located near interstate. Comfortable, clean room. Had a good night’s sleep. With a little updating (some furniture in room was in need of repair or to be replaced and tub plug didn’t work) this could be a really nice place.
