The staff is wonderful. Clean rooms, kind people, great location. Riz, Marie and Mandy at the front desk are kind and very efficient. There is a mini market in the lobby. The breakfast selection was great and fresh food. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are great benefits even though I haven't been able to use them yet. I have been here for temporary housing from the VA. Top notch service. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for our needs. Sooo clean I walked barefoot in our room, I haven't done that at any hotel. Comfortable bed and very kind hosts. Highly recommend and we'll see you soon!

Ok the beds were old and the mattress covers looked dirty. That was not the worst part. They put us in a room that backed up to a large electric supply panel. I got headache from the buzzing of the electric panel. Turns out the electric was located by my head where I was laying. This explains my headache. Terrible. Not only is this against code it is horrible to imagine that they put a lot of people through this. Very upsetting.

The manager riz is very helpful with our check in the rooms were great the breakfast was good I felt welcome like I was at home the night front desk lady Mandy was amazing i would gladly stay at the Laquita again ! Hit tub and pool were great

Was sufficient for an overnight stop on abroad trip. Is in the process of being updated. Room was clean. Is right next to the interstate, so there was traffic noise. Not a fan of their coffee, either in room or at the breakfast. Breakfast had your basic waffle/egg/meat plus continental items. No fruit juice which was a little disappointing. All in all, a positive place and experience.

The WiFi is not free, and if you join the rewards you get 5 days free wifi, that has 5 mb/s download speed and 5mbps upload, the paid wifi is $5.99 A DAY more expensive than any wifi service I’ve seen, even with it being Starlink that is outrageous, I can’t do any business calls or meetings without paying for it, when most other hotels offer free WiFi that is slower yes, but allows you to have a decent connection, also if you try to download anything on the WiFi it kicks you off because it wants you to pay to use it

Room was adequate. Service/staff is ABYSMAL. The staff who checked us into the room and provided us a key, Maria, apparently did not do so properly, so she knocked on our door around 11pm. We did not open it as it was so late, and then she UNLOCKED OUR DOOR AND OPENED IT HERSELF. We immediately packed up and went to the Hilton next door.

The next day, her “manager”, Riz, refused to provide any sort of refund or compensation for what had occurred. He actually insinuated that we were lying about the situation, while also claiming that he did not have access to the security cameras to prove what happened.

It’s worth spending a little bit more to stay at the Hilton next door.
