Rooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned, even the hallways were dirty. Vacuuming would have helped. Sheets were stained and looked as if they hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. Even the picture on the wall had something smeared on the glass. Would have been a good value on the room rate but could not be comfortable with all the dirt. Wanted to charge me a cancellation fee but after much complaining, ended up refunding 2 nights with no cancellation fee. Was impressed however, that the complimentary toiletries were DOVE products.

My room was VERY NASTY. Front desk personnel weren't helpful. When I brought the condition of my room to them, I was told that it would 30 - 45 minutes for maintenance not housekeeping to come and clean the room. My door didn't shut securely. There was dust everywhere. There was mold and mildew in the shower. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed and were full of after sex stains along with the ironing board and a couple of 'clean' towels. Room was never cleaned and there was 1/4 roll of toilet paper and to facial tissue. Would not recommend. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.

Where to start. When we got there he informs us he’s taking a $100 deposit which I would not had a problem with if I had been informed. We go to our room it is a mess. There is stuff on the mirror, counter, desk, floor, and where I lost it the bedspread and towels. I take pictures of all of this and go down and tell him we are not staying in that room. Show him the pictures and he gets us a different room. This room was cleaner but not as clean as it should have been. Tried to get another hotel but the ones around us were full. So we are stuck like Chuck. Anytime we went to the lobby to ask a question we would have to wait for the desk clerk to finish his conversation with whoever he had back there with him. At check out I started asking questions about when we would get our deposit back. This is when he started getting really huffy. Up too 2 week for those that would like to know. I was sure to let him know that we would never stay there again and we would be letting our friends and family know not to stay also.

Absolutely disgusting!! Looked good on pictures and was somehow rated 4 stars. However, this room is one of the nastiest I've ever stayed in. Floor had not been vacuumed, headboards had random smears and "food" ,maybe, all over them, and there was NO WAY the bathroom had been cleaned, the mattress protectors were covered in stains, and the sheets smelled clean but also had stains all over them. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Dirty, entire hotel smells like embedded smoke in carpet. Wifi does not work well, on again off again. Pool was closed. No ice in 2d floor maker. No hair dryer in room. Room smelled smokey. No tea bags at breakfast bar. All this for a Premium price. Had to leave $100 deposit with promise to refund on Monday.

Rooms are nasty. Our room had cockroaches in the coffee pot. I will try to upload the pictures. There was also dried blood on the wall. They could have cared less. They said they would do a refund but we only got 20 bucks back. Don't stay there!!! Told manager they kept putting me off everyday! Not how you should run a business!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
The room was filthy!!!! Crap all over the floor, mold & mildew in the bathroom, coffee maker doesn't work, linens and towels looked like they hadn't been washed, the linens on the bed looked like they had been slept on and someone just covered it up with the comforter. I woke up to seeing cock roaches crawling around with one sitting right on top of the coffee maker. Also, when I checked in I had to give them $100 when my company had already paid for the room. I've never had to do that anywhere, and I travel a lot with my company. Now I have to wait 15 days to get my money back. Oh, and I was also in room 201. Too many of the same complaints on here. You have to invest back in your business to keep it going. Big problems with this place that obviously don't get addressed.

Beds are very comfortable ,staff was very helpful location was very convenient. The price was in the right price range.There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel it takes only 3 minutes to walk to if need be. They serve scrambled eggs and sausage, they have yogurt, and cereal and milk,coffee, apple juice,and orange juice they also have toast,bagels,and waffles I would recommend staying to stay there.
