I got a good deal on a stay here. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool and soak in the hot tub. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms have comfortable beds and overall stay was good. They also offer complimentary breakfast. That was ok, but for free, you can’t expect much. I would come back again in the future.

First and foremost this review is specifically towards the general manager Patricia and front desk clerk Mila. I reserved a room for the weekend through Expedia. Before I reserved I spoke to the owner D P who I asked if it was ok to bring my bunny because I can’t leave it at home alone. He was more than happy to welcome the bunny to the hotel with no issues. Fast forward to the day before I check in, I call in advance to make sure that’s ok. Mila the front desk clerk tells me to hold while they check with their GM, I waited 20 min on hold with no response to a simple question. I Hung up and called back and she finally answers and tells me I cannot bring the bunny because the GM Patricia said it’s not allowed. The owner himself said that it was fine and they couldn’t even try to reach out to him to make sure. They just kept telling me I can’t and that’s the hotel policy. Well Mr DP I would see that you reprimand your workers, front desk clerk Mila and Patricia or whoever was there the evening of 3-21-2025 around 6 pm. Even so hire new workers that would at least get in contact with you for times like this. This is one of the reasons why your hotel keeps getting bad reviews and under 4 stars. DP we spoke and now you lost another customer. All because of your staff. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone with pets. Luckily I was able to cancel thanks to Expedia understanding the situation. Now the owner wants to reply with a lie! Wow trying to save face. We did talk. No one else name there is DP.

First of all, I can't complain about the hotel’s nightly rate—it’s affordable, so thank you for that. However, I read the reviews before booking and didn’t realize the issue until I got to the pool area. It turned into a full-blown pool party, which was incredibly disrespectful to other guests like me. People were throwing balls, hitting those who were just trying to relax, and blasting music from a loudspeaker. No one from the front desk stepped in to shut it down—it was completely out of control.

I understand it's a budget-friendly hotel, and the rooms were okay (though the hallways could use a good air freshener). But letting guests do whatever they want in the pool area is unacceptable. Don’t be afraid to enforce the rules and shut down disruptive behavior. It was a hot mess, and I felt bad for the little kids who came to swim only to be turned away because of the rude and inconsiderate guests. This is not a private pool—if people want a personal party, they should rent an Airbnb or something. Hotel management needs to check in more often and maintain some order.

If possible to leave a 0 star review, we would! This is the first review I’ve ever written. AVOID this hotel! We stayed here with my brother who just graduated the navy! We stayed there for 6 nights and NOT ONCE was our room cleaned even upon request!! Our room WREAKED of dog pee and was unsanitary! We requested a NON-pet room and still put in a pet room! Then shortly after, there were little brown bugs crawling in the blankets and pillows! Every single one of us got bit at least twice by these unknown bugs AND had an allergic reaction, After informing the hotel front desk worker and showing them pictures of the bugs and bites, we were switched to a non pet room upstairs and were promised a refund. Now that we checked out today 2/25/25, they don’t want to offer a full refund but only a daily rate for the day we made our complaint. The front desk lady REFUSES to let us speak to a manager and is unaware of when they will in office. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Best service ever, all the staff is super helpful and very friendly. The rooms have been very clean every time we have stayed here and my boy loves the pool and hot tub. The perfect location to be close to everything and save some money at the same time

The location of the hotel is the only good thing. The hotel is old and falling apart. It's not very clean like other la quintas I've stayed at. The breakfast is trash, not a lot of variety, the waffles are the only good thing. The staff unprofessional and doesn't pay attention to what they're doing. I was charged for my room twice after she took the deposit for the room. I have to wait 5 -7 business days to get the extra 285 they charged me by mistake. On top of the original 200, I already paid for the room! This was by far the worst la quinta I've ever stayed at by far. I'm truly disappointed in every aspect of this hotel. I would NOT recommend staying here. Also, the rooms had parts of the wall falling apart. So yeah, definitely never again.

Clean rooms n great staff that was very friendly n helpful . Breakfast was great each day. The pool nbhot tub were great. Close to shopping n great eating spots. Will definitely be staying again n telling my friends n family to stay there.............

First off based on the reviews I was scared to book but I had no choice since we didn’t get notification of my son’s graduation from the Naval Base till the last minute. Most hotels were booked solid so I had to book this location. Let me tell you I was scared unnecessarily. This hotel was on point. The room was huge . The bed comfortable . Sheets clean room clean. Service phenomenal. They let me see the room and inspect it prior to running my card for payment or deposit. They were ready for me. I will definitely book again!!! Do not go by another persons experience base it on yours. Room #318 This is a real review cause I don’t play if I’m not happy . However I praise when praise is due!!! La Quinta definitely earned this review
