The hotel smells like weed pretty strongly! Especially in the entrance. So it kind of set a negative tone for me. But the staff was friendly and helpful! The swimming pool, beds, pillows, bathrooms were comfortable, clean, and felt safe. The hot tub wasn't working, and the showers didn't stay warm for more than 10 min.

This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. I booked a room with queen sized beds and they were full sized. We were told that's all they had. The room wasn't properly cleaned from last guest as wet towels were discovered in the bath room. The hot tub isn't working and apparently hasn't worked in at least the last 7 months. The free breakfast even isn't even well worth anything either. Free is about the only price it's worth. Also out night was loud and sleepless as other people were stomping on the floor and walls in the hallway besides loud voices. This is obviously where you take your ladies of the evening to. We'll see how check out goes this morning.

Definitely is very low budget will not be staying again. When I checked in I had to have all the linen changed because it had food stains on the blanket, sheets had stains and pillow cases. Their hot tub is broken and won’t be fixed at all words from the old light skin lady at the front desk FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest. Overall I felt like I stayed at a motel 2/10 never again and if I was able to get a refund I would’ve never stayed!

Accidentally booked the wrong night when reserving a room. When booking online, I had mistakenly entered my reservation for the current date and not the date needed, which was 4 days later. I received a text message the next morning saying they hoped I enjoyed my stay. I immediately called the hotel and explained what had happened and asked if I could just have the reservation moved to the date that I was trying to book instead of the previous night. They refused to and instead charged me not only for the room, but also a $50.00 no show fee. This is pretty harsh for a customer making a mistake and then fully charging me for the room as well as $50.00 for a room that they never had to do anything with. I literally paid for it to not be used and then get slapped in the face for an additional $50.00. Also, I hardly believe that anyone else would be booking that room late at night on a Monday, when I made the mistaken booking. I guess I could understand one charge, but not both. The front desk said that there was no no corporate number to call to try and talk to someone about this. That was a lie, as I easily looked up the LaQuinta / Wyndham customer service number. I was at least able to log a complaint with them to try and clear some of the charges.

The staff was very kind. The Guy that checked me and my family in was caring and compassionate. He noticed that my and I was going through a hardship. He approached me and asked how I was doing. That is not always common and it felt good to experience such a kind gesture during a time of emotional turmoil. I had to get a room last minute and They were very accommodating. Not knowing I came all the way from Minnesota to give my Uncle his home going. Thank you for the beautiful and most professional customer service and support.

I reserved a week stay at this hotel in Tinley and I reserved a disabled room with the bathroom. The room did not have a chair with the arms in. It did not have a regular chair at all! And for a disabled room that’s unsatisfactory. How do you get dressed so I notified the desk, and they brought in a chair with no arms. The chair sag, and the end bar dug into my backside of the thighs and set off the sciatic nerve, something fierce. The room did have a desk chair with wheels, but once again no arms, and when I first got in the room, I rolled that over by the nightstand so I could sit down and because it was on wheels that started rolling, and then it started tipping backwards, and I almost fell flat on my back, that’s when I notified the desk and they brought me in that cheap neck chair. The photographs of this hotel show orange or red chairs with armrests after one night stay in my sciatic nerve off-the-wall, I asked again in the morning for a chair with arms on it. That was at 7 AM. They were busy doing breakfast so I gave them time then I realize the 9 AM or 11 AM check out people we’re going to keep them busy so then it was noon, then it was one then it was too, and still no chair, I went to the Desk and was told they didn’t know when they were going to have me a chair and that all rooms are different, I’ve never heard of a hotel room not having a chair to sit in so you can get dressed. Especially a disability room so I checked out before three and asked for a refund and she said the hotel doesn’t give them you’ll have to get it through booking.com so I come home and I look at booking.com. It says they don’t give refunds to the hotel does, this was not by choice that I left it was because the hotel did not provide what the pictures showed. I should not be responsible for a week stay when the hotel does not provide properly. I have pictures of the desk chair that almost landed me flat on my back and a picture of that stupid chair they brought in my room. I will be happy to give that to you as well as the pertinent information you need to send a refund I hope I hear from you. If not, I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

This hotel is horrible. They did not bother to come clean the room or drop off more towels. We went swimming and had to use our room towels because there were no towels at the pool. After we asked the guy at the desk for towels. He told us we had to find housekeeping. I told him to call them. He then told me they went home for the day so there is no way to get towels. Stated because it is Friday the hotel is full and there are no more towels in the whole hotel. Then he told me to go to the 4th floor and pay to wash and dry my own dirty towels. Why go to a hotel if I have to clean my own room and pay to wash all my towels. I will never stay here again and I will let everyone I know not to waste their money. Your a hotel!! Trying to be an airbnb?

We had an awful experience at Laquinta in Tinley Park. When you step into the hotel you are immediately hit with the smell of weed and it carried throughout the floors. We were not greeted when we walked in. The hot tub was out of service and appeared to be that way for some time. There were no towels for you to get out of the pool, nor any for the room other than the 2 towels already in the room. The bathtub was a death trap, in that it was extremely slippery. The floors are not carpeted, which in hindsight might be a better option as far as trying to appear clean, however the minute your feet are wet and you aren’t wearing shoes, the room becomes an ice rink which we could have navigated better had we had towels (which again, weren’t available). I asked the front desk to call once there were towels that were ready, gave my room number and never heard from anyone so we made due with using the blow dyer in the room in order to dry off and get rid of the chills. On top of it all, there were other hotel guests that woke us up at 12:30pm due to being beyond loud yelling (either on our floor or right downstairs) and they carried on for at least hour and due to this I couldn't fall back asleep.
