Stayed one night while visiting family. Room was clean, but the WiFi was horrible on the 3rd floor. I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to hotel reviews, but WiFi is a necessity these days. It’s 2024…ppl rely on WiFi for basically everything. So, hotels should make good WiFi a priority.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. I often come to Livermore for work and look for decent accommodations to work for a few days, and I need a place that is pet friendly. They are great with being pet friendly but the accommodations are awful. The price vs quality do not match and it is not safe.

There was a patched hole in the wall, stained carpet, toilet paper holder hanging on wall, etc. First night we were literally hot boxed as our room and hallway filled with marijuana smoke from another room. I have asthma so I had to complain and they addressed it but this happened last visit too. Also, the outer doors never get closed so anyone can just walk in with out a room key. Definitely not a safe place to stay.

Also, man peeing in the parking lot. Idk, guess the gas station next door was too far?

Dark and dated rooms. Smell of cigarette and marijuana the nights we stayed there was horrible! Signs that the hotel is 100% smoke free mean nothing. Smell was subtle at first. After a few hours the hallway was even smokey!! When I went to report to the front desk they asked what room I was in and they knew about because she said “I know who it is and I’ll take care of it.” By this time the hallway was smokey and the smell was already in our room! We had to move our clothes hanging in the closet area by the front door and put towels on the bottom of the door. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. They serve breakfast, coffee, juice, water, fruit, yogurt oatmeal, eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, and pastries.
The shower they have Dove products, nice hot shower with good water pressure
Very nice staff and service
Near food places, gas station and 7 eleven
Great safe area
You can have Doordash or Uber eats bring you food.
I stayed 2 nights and received wonderful service !

Upon checking in, saw my room with toilet garbage not yet thrown away and towel unkept . Talked to front desk and gave me a different room instead. Then the 2nd Room has No bar soap and with defective toilet. The housekeeping here sucks !!! Refrigerator not even cleaned. Took videos as ref has damaged too.

This place is wonderful, the rooms are fairly average but well kept and modern a little small but clean, but they have the best free breakfast everyday. They also have a good little gym and the place is kept very clean with attention to details, there's also a small convenince store 5 minutes away that's open 24 hours

Hot Tub room had a large tub with jets and took up half the room. Tub in bathroom was just a bit smaller although 2 people could fit in jacuzzi. Needed more towels if you get in jacuzzi and want a shower. Breakfast was great.

Used this hotel for my day trip in SF and everything went great! Located in a really quiet area. Clean and a comfy room, good breakfast, quiet halls, and indoor pool! There's a 7-Eleven nearby too. Would come here again in the future 🙂
