The Rooms are immaculate. The all White Bedding was immediate proof of the Cleanliness, The Bathroom was Spotless as well. Service was excellent. Staff were great. This was one of my best Hotel/Motel experiences since coming to Cheyenne. Definitely Recommend the LA Quinta on W. Lincolnway

I usually select La Quinta as a place to stay for a night while I am traveling. This was a decent location and the room was very comfortable. When I checked in the key I was given didn't work on the outside door where I was directed to park. I had to walk around the building to get back to the front desk to be certain that my key was programmed correctly.

I don't know how much Josh gets paid, but he deserves a raise. He was incredibly helpful and made a frustrating day much easier.

The room itself was also nice and clean and a fair price. Plus, the shower pressure feels like a fire hose in all the best ways.

I normally love staying at La Quinta hotels. This was the worst hotel I've ever been to!! I requested a refund within 1 hour. I would've left sooner but I had to walk the dog so I didn't get a look at the room closely until I returned.
The room was dirty. The carpets were filthy. The TV remote was sticky and dirty. There was garbage in the drawers. There were stains on the sheets. The pillows smelled bad.
The hotel is creepy, I was waiting for the twins from 'the Shining " to appear at the end of the hallways. The elevator has filthy carpeting in it and smelled terrible.
I was afraid to touch anything. I was not happy and felt completely uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The outside was not well lit and felt unsafe.
So grateful I found a GREAT hotel 3 minutes away!!

I have stayed at several La Quintas, and I know they aren’t fancy. I was just expecting a clean and simple room. While it was simple, I can’t say it was clean. The peeling paint and patched wall in the lobby didn’t bother me, that’s just the nature of an inexpensive hotel that isn’t new. The fifth on the bathroom floor, however, and the stained comforter didn’t really do it for me.

The mattress was very soft. But not in a manner where you know it was purchased soft. Once upon a time it was probably a decent mattress, but it feels so warm out that I felt like it was wrapping around me. I couldn’t sleep because I was so uncomfortable on that worn out mattress.

And while I love the fact that La Quintas are pet friendly the very thin walls meant that not only could I hear the dog next door barking all night, I could also hear the poor father hushing is baby when the dog woke it. The howling baby made the dog bark more, which made the baby howl louder, which made the father sush louder.

And, while that was frustrating while I was trying to sleep, I also recognize that this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Just be aware the walls are thin.

Run down, in need of remodel. No locks on windows. Don't seal. Don't close all the way. Dirty disgusting bedding. Should have asked for different room. Why she gave us a room right by the worker rooms that are used continuously, I don't understand.

This is a great location right at 80 and 25. It is 6 minutes from downtown Cheyenne. The carpet needs to be replaced in the whole place. The hotel is dated, the elevator could use a tune-up, and the breakfast was less than what I've seen at other La Quintas. We left a day early.
