I decided to call and ask how much a single scoop and a double scoop of ice cream was and what type of ice cream they had. I was told that they don’t give prices over the phone and that I had to come down to the store to find out how much. Then she laughed and hung up on me. Wow really? Rediculous!!! They definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

They take forever to make fresas con crema. Take forever to make an elote. Stick to the local man that goes around town if you want faster and better service.

I got a raspado de Vanilla, it wasn’t sweet , I asked them if I could have a little bit more lechera to make it sweeter but they told me it would be an extra charge, plus the $1.50 fee they charge for using card kinda upsetting :/Almost paid $10 just for a raspdado
