I enjoyed my stay here. The owner and staff really care about you having a nice stay. They are working on the rooms so some stuff is dated but overall I would stay here again and I recommend it! The price is decent as well $65 a night taxes and everything. Compare that to the other places around that all charge over $100 a night.

We had a king bed with wonderful pillows and comforter! We only stayed overnight but were pleased with the room for the money. We were iffy at first as they are remodeling. But the room was very spacious! It had a good size mini fridge and microwave available along with a coffee pot. The heat/ac worked great! We were told the next morning at checkout that they offer a shuttle service to and from the local bars which we liked the idea of! We are already planning on a group trip back over soon! The gentleman running the place was very friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. It's a great place to stay if you're passing thru as the rooms are $60 for the night which we liked! Nothing fancy but they are working on getting there! Give them a try!

Very spacious room! Has a microwave and a mini fridge. Comfortable beds! Very clean
The only problem we had was with the internet to watch TV. Kept freezing up and lagging. Price is great and it's close to.local bars that the hotel offers rides to and from. We are already planning another trip. They are in process of remodeling but that didn't bother us. The rooms are all different which I liked!

We stayed two nights, we shared a room, we had two queen beds. Our first impressions of the building and grounds were not very good. We did ask to see a room first, ours was not ready yet, no big deal, we decided to stay. The good: very clean room, even the lamps, the floor, no dust, clean bathroom and bedding and towels were nice. Appeared to be freshly deep cleaned. Had microwave, refrigerator and small coffee maker. The not so good is the outside of the building needs improvement, the stairs going to second level needs improvements, the office is a mess, not impressive. We couldn't get our tv to work, but we dealt with that, since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Would we stay there again? I think so. The manager said they are updating rooms as they go by section. Oh, we were asked to pay cash, cause the card reader was down. Just in case you need to bring cash, $60 and night. Maybe in a year or so it will all look better.

This place is not one I would normally stop at, didn’t look like a hotel from the road. As I’m driving thru, I ended up broking down, and the owner has been nothing but amazing!! Offered to drive me to a rental place that was over an hour away, help with transportation to local bar/grill. His hospitality has been nothing but kind, helpful and generous! |Oh, and you can’t beat the price either!!|I will def be stopping here the next time I’m in the area!!

Ralph, the owner of the Inn, is a great guy and very accommodating. He went out of his way to give us a ride after hours. His rooms were exactly what we were looking for. A top choice for a Galena stay.

Super friendly service. Great rates on rooms with a quiet location close to stores and a public pool and public park. Owner offers Free pick up from bars and ice cold non alcoholic beverages and bicycle rentals to all guests. One of the best hotel/motel experiences ive had.

Anyone looking for somewhere to stay long term this is the perfect place! We love staying here! We are currently transitoning to a place of our own, and the owner is very understanding and lets us have out privacy and quiet! Huge rooms. They gave us a king bed, with a hide a bed for our son!
