Portions are ridiculous, I ordered 2 steak burritos there was very little meat(steak) on the burritos… not at all like I was used to getting there for years… thinking I’m done, I need to spend my money where I am not still hungry after eating an entire burrito…$3.50 for a pop in bottle is a little extreme too…

We are new to the city, we are looking for somewhere to eat, we found this place thinking it was a familiar, cozy place, but on the contrary, we found that they do not have good service, we waited a long time, being the only ones in the place, I couldn't even try the food Since they made a mistake with my meal, but they didn't want to make it again, the waitress told us that they weren't going to make it again, making us order something else, so we said no, thank you and we ended up leaving the place, we went to eat somewhere else Of course paying for what we had and the little that they did bring to the table, we did not have a good experience in this place, I hope it goes better for you than it did for us

We went on a taco tryout trip and ordered steak and veggie tacos from five different places in the Chicago Heights area. La Fonditas was picked #1 by all 4 people in my group, one of which was a vegetarian. Best taco I have had in YEARS! So good we went back later that night and tried other items in the menu. All of which were just as good. This will definitely be our go to place fir Mexican food.

I had their tacos a couple of days ago. They are indeed actually pretty delicious. I called to place another order but got pretty blantantly hung up on. Disappointing.
