All of the salsas are the best I've ever had. The Barbacoa is excellent and so is the carnitas. If you want great tacos this is the place, don't expect fancy just great food.

I came with high expectations since it is a local place and want to support local businesses. The place is clean, super cozy, very nice decorated but all that can't make up for the food. I had the chile verde which was not spicy and under seasoned, it seemed to be a day old (too thick). We also ordered a shrimp coctail that seemed to have been made with just water n sweet ketchup. The tacos were ok but If you want great Asada tacos just go to tacos La Central on Mt Vernon. I hope they invest more on the food quality and not so much on the wrapper.

A Fine Mexican Kitchen! 100% Authentic and delicious! I noticed that many locals that have their favorites here. The environment is small and welcoming. We had the Jamaica which is home made and perfect. We ordered the Chicken mole and the Barbacoa combo with two tacos. Let me tell you we have been to Mexico and I grew up eating Homemade Mexican food. I have never had a better mole in my like, its made in house from scratch and its absolutely creamy and dense. By far one of the best places to eat real Mexican in colton!

I've revisited this place since the unpleasant dining expirience I had with the prior owners, and I am very impressed with the new owners. They now actually have great customer service especially "Amber, shes all smiles" and the food is good. The atmosphere is much more pleasant and very fair pricing. I will definitely be back for more 😊.

$29 for small plate nachos, 2 “barbacoa” tacos were told actually lamb not goat. 2 soda cans. Service slow, kids running around restaurant like a child day care next to my table playing with door stopper. There was only 2 other tables and service was way to slow, Salsas had no kick and good taste on greesey salty side with little flavor. Won’t be back

Went for first time since I like birria, Customer service was great very polite. I ordered 2 Barbacoa tacos (taste alot like Chivo/ goat) with Consome, sorry to say it wasn't great, the Consome smelled like it was cooked with shrimp I couldn't eat it. My husband had 2 tacos de Birria with Consome that order was good. My son got Carne Asada Fries he didn't like it the meat had a funny taste. The Agua de Piña & Horchata tasted delicious.
