Not crazy about the food. The sausage patty/bacon were dry & I couldn't taste the butter on my toast, so I don't know what kind of spread they use on toast. And other than OJ (which I can't drink), milk (lactose intolerant) & hot coffee, they don't have breakfast drinks. No iced coffee. No shakes (girl said their machine has been broken for "2" YEARS!) which would have been my last resort. I was stuck with sweet tea as my only option. Definitely didn't go with the food. I won't go there again.
Lastly, I had heard that their sliders are AL's version of White Castle (which I love). If the breakfast is an indication of other menu items, then I'm not even gonna try them. Sorry.

Ordered some dinner online for pickup. I arrived early and sat in the lot until the pickup time I was given. There were 3-4 employees standing around outside cutting up, smoking, and on their phones. One more got out of their vehicle that had loud bass going on which was inappropriate for a business. Got to the speaker and they said it’d be about 25minute wait for food (which was weird because there was only 2-3 cars that even came thru the line while I waited) I told them I ordered already online and they told me to pull around. Got handed the food and I said thanks, all the girl at the window said was “mmhmm” with attitude and closed the window. Got down the road and found the burgers to be cold. Not cold from sitting out, but like ice cold, like they’d been touching a block of ice. Got home and found half of them had burnt onions and tasted like ash. Tried calling and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. At least the fries were hot and fresh.

The ultimate window service person. She's been there for years. Never any fast food person better. If I had a service business, she would be on the top the list. Would make a great manager. If she didn't have the traing for it, I would definitely see that she had the chance.

Waited a long time for service and the cheese burgers were awful. It had so many dried onions that had been rehydrated you couldn't taste the mustard, meat or cheese. This place is a big waste of your TIME and your money!

The burgers was wet and poked into the boxes was not pleased at all burgers were like balls of gue, what happened to getting a good Krystal burger it was awful, they lost my business.
