I've had a couple of great experiences at Knot's A Problem since moving to Galena! Heather recently did a great Pedicure and massage for my tired feet - I now have a great spring color and ready for sandals--where is that warm weather?!!
My first experience was having a foot reflexology massage that was super! I can't wait to go back again and try more on their "menu" of massages...because we all need some pampering from our day to day stresses of life. This is a fantastic place to let go of your stress with Heather and her helpful staff of talented people. Check them out the next time you are in the area of Ridge Street or in town!!

I was coming in town on a Monday evening, I emailed their
"Contact Us " on Easter weekend checking on availability for Tuesday,
Not only did she e-mail me back she had an opening for a Refresh Package. I got there early & after her customer left she started immediately & worked on area I requested. The facial was relaxing, & of course the Mani & Pedi topped it off! Heather was very nice & had a great sense of humor! Will definitely go back there if we can do a girls weekend. Thanks Heather!

I booked the Reflexology services with Heather of Knots a Problem. I was so impressed with the beautiful setting, her expertise, and her obvious talent in foot massage and formal Reflexology techniques. I can't wait to go back for another appointment, and try her other services too. Very professional and nice. Easy parking and a gentle ramp to get to the studio.

I called a couple months ahead to book various services for 8 ladies (mom's get-a-way) on a Saturday. Heather accommodated us perfectly & she was super nice!! ALL the girls loved what they had done (massages, facials, manis/pedis). Wonderful spa experience & wouldn't hesitate to book there again!

Massages & Nails for ladies day out, so nice, friendly, clean and relaxing. Good pressure, not too hard or soft and extremely accomodating for appointment set up. Highly recommend!
