Since I'm not allowed to write a second review on a location, I'll just keep updating this one. Ordered Uber Eats (they won't let me write a review either), asked for extra syrup for the French toast since it is usually a good sized portion. Not only did I not get extra syrup, the new to go containers for the syrup are half the size that they used to be. I guess we are supposed to eat 1 drop of syrup per square inch of French toast, anything more would be considered gluttonous, which is one of the 7 deadly sins. I guess I'd better go repent for expecting flavor with my food.

I'm not a professional baker, but I am sure the country white bread should not look like this. Brings a "hole" new meaning to holey bread. This hole goes for the length of the loaf. Knead I say more?

lol I'm just disappointed. Complete waste of money. And the box was on the bottom of the bag so it's not like my pies slid around or anything. Just bad service. How can they box this and serve it for the price you pay for pie from them? Never again.

Kneaders is my wife and Is' favorite food stop. The staff is friendly and nice. We enjoy dinner there at least once week and it is always good! Don't tell my wife but, I stop in for Cinnamon Rolls and coffee with my coworkers. Everything is yummy!

You guys are absolutely despicable. Why on earth you sell rancid sandwiches? I asked for tuna sandwich on a croissant but got macademia bread. i am beyond upset. This was supposed to be my dinner. Also, the puddin was old and dried on top and the the botom was soggy. I cannot call that block of bread puddin.

This was my first time trying Kneaders. The staff was very friendly. I had a French dip and it had great flavor but was cold. It was cut into two halves. The first was mostly warm with bites of cold so I just thought some of the cheese probably didn't get warmed up enough. The second half of the sandwich was completely cold as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator and served. The au jus sauce was excellent and hot.

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews were about. The workers were young but very polite, pleasant, and professional. I ordered a salad with iced tea. The salad seemed freshly made. I was there with a friend for lunch. The atmosphere was quiet, and the Café was clean. I will not hesitate to go back again. Also, the cheesecake was salted caramel and fabulous.

This is the WORST Kneaders I have ever been to! I e gone too many times giving too many chances….
I went through the drive through and got a sandwich (the one I usually get) and it came looking unrecognizable… not to mention how rude the employee was in the drive through. I called and complained and they offered to make me a new one…. I really was craving it (I’m pregnant) so I had my husband go pick it up. Then maybe 5 bites in to the remake there is a hair tangled up in my bite… not my hair… not my husbands hair… I’m so unbelievably disappointed and will never ever be going back. Between the horrible experience and the employees - save your time and go somewhere else.

Received fabulous service today! The soup we ordered we were told was sold out, but she must have heard my disappointment, as I was really craving the clam chowder. When we got to the window she told us the truck had just arrived and if we could wait a couple of extra minutes, she would get us the right soup. Super awesome next level customer service. Thank you!!!
