My sister, nieces and I visited this place late in the day and they were very accommodating to take us in for being so close to closing. The girl that did our pedicures was amazing and worked hard to finish our pedis. Then the disaster started. My niece wanted her nails painted with a pretty Easter color with clouds. They told my sister that she had to get gel to do them like that so my 9 year old didn't get the clouds. Then my sister asked for an ombre with pink fading into white. The guy that was there did them more like a pink with white tips instead. Then it was my turn. My nails turned out so bad that I couldn't even understand how they were in business. I am just going to say that you will need to see the pics for yourself to understand. Then, after numerous attempts to remedy the situation, they tried to make me pay for the horrendous attempt at ombre nails. DO NOT GO THERE! The language barrier is tremendous and the nails are horrendous. Save yourself the time and money and find a real professional.

Very clean environment, inviting, relaxing, calm area, water falls as you walk inside, soothing sounds, when in the pedicure chairs there are two tvs they will turn the channels if you request but I enjoy listening to the soothing music and watching the other TV, they will offer you water bottle to drink if you'd like. I've had 3 visits and have enjoyed everything ❤️ extremely nice welcoming technicians.

This was my first and absolute last time going to this nail salon. I got there at around 10:45 and didn’t leave until after 1. I had a terrible experience this customer service is terrible, in particular the male that works there he had a bad attitude from the beginning. got loud with me yelled at me ALL BECAUSE i asked a question. No other tech chimed in to stop his behavior i wasn’t offered anything off regardless of the fact that i was there 3 hours and had to deal with rudeness from a worker for almost $100.00 and still tipped! I got a full set with 2 ombré nails per hand that should have never taken 3 hours especially when there was no traffic. I wish I could get a refund.

They were good now not so much, one of the girls there doesn't pay attention to much on what she is doing so she ends up burning you with the tool she is using. Going to have to find me another place to get my nails done.

This place is amazing! Great service, pretty cheap & anytime I walk In They service you right away. You will never wait over 10mins to get into the chair. I highly recommend!

Had a pretty good experience at K L Nails today. For a salon being open on Sunday was the best part. I came with a group and they got us all done quickly. About an hour for the 4 pedicures and 2 full sets. There was a little confusion about what I wanted for my full set in the beginning since I’m military and there’s certain restraints we have, but we were able to get it cleared up and my nails came out exactly like the picture of how I wanted them. The ladies working were friendly, helpful, and did a great job on all 4 of us. I would recommend and will be back again.
