It was so much fun staying at this beautiful ranch. Rob and Lisa are amazing hosts who make you feel like family. We stayed in the Adelaide room, which is downstairs from the main dining room and kitchen area. There is a room directly above it, so if someone is staying in it, you would likely hear them walking (we did one night). That being said, our room was super private, quiet, clean, and had an incredible view out to the giant oak trees and vineyards beyond. What a joy to sleep with the door open and hear all the birds chirping in the morning.
The rooms were all very well appointed and had everything we needed, including delicious, pre-portioned coffee for the pour over.
The bed was so comfortable and had multiple pillows to choose from, depending on preference. The towels were as soft as clouds, and the robes were plush and cozy.
Dominique, the chef, is so talented. Wow. Mind-blowing food each morning was such a great way to start our days off. Such delicious food for a B&B.
We walked the grounds a little bit and hit plenty of golf balls on the custom hole they built - PW was the right club for me. I wish we had more time to tour the property with Rob though, so be sure to carve out some time for that.
Overall, it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing weekend. We're looking forward to going back again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Lisa and her staff made our anniversary stay truly magic. The setting is right out of Tuscany. 1st class all the way. The room was so comfortable, very private. Lisa connected us with a private chef to make our experience so luxurious. Kindred Oak is a bed and breakfast. The food was first class, totally on par with the overall quality of the environment created by Lisa and Rob.

Kindred Oak Farm is one of kind - it is my kind of heaven.|From the minute you arrive, you relax... if you are lucky enough to arrive when the Wisteria is blooming, you are in for a treat.|We stayed in the Oaks Room which is perched in the trees with the sounds of birds as the soundtrack. The bathroom is a masterpiece.|Lisa and Rob could not be more wonderful - kind, hospitable, and inviting. |Pour over coffee in the bedroom in the morning and the MOST delicious breakfast each morning.|Dogs, cats, goats, cows, chickens... all so beautiful!!!|3 days was not long enough - should have been there a month.

We stayed 4 nights here and would love to return someday. The Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom were a perk and a nice surprise. There is alot of options - go for a walk, work out, hit golf balls, play in the game room, listen to music and read or just sit, behold the general splendor and "Be". Breakfasts - hearty and delicious. Of course a multitude of wineries nearby, as well as restaurants in Paso Robles. This would be a great gathering spot for family groups with older kids or friends. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the Hosts!

My only disappointment was that we needed to cut breakfast short on departure day. We stayed in the Oak Room and enjoyed the tranquility of the pastoral view while sitting on the deck. Lisa prepared a really amazing breakfast and before we could finish the entire thing we needed to leave. Darn, hope we can come back sometime and finish it. Even though the location is very convenient to town and freeway it seems miles away. A good choice.

What an amazing place. Beautiful views and comfortable place. Also, the 3 course breakfast was amazing, prepared by a personal chef that explained to us what she prepared us. By night, we could enjoy the nice weather by the fire place. Counting the days to come back! Thank you Lisa and Rob for the excellent weekend!

My wife and I made Kindred Oak our destination for our anniversary. Just as beautiful as Tuscany. Lisa and her staff made our stay just the best. Amazing food. Our room was so comfortable.

5-star in every way. This place is a dream. From the moment you enter the chic rustic gate from the vineyard lined road, you will feel that feeling we all crave. Quiet. Only the two Pyrenes white fluffy dogs running thru the grass. Or the goats and chickens roaming freely in their space. Maybe the sounds of the crackle under foot as you walk up the beautiful rock path to the front door. Hosts Lisa and Rob welcome you as their new friends. Each bedroom is different and all are incredibly well curated with farmhouse French comfort. Every possible thing you could want - all of the small touches - are there. Beautiful linens and extra comfy beds. Viewing areas to look out onto the endless acres of green. Oversized bathrooms and showers with silky locally made bath products and luxurious robes. Fresh nuts in a mason jar. Local coffee and tea. Perfectly chilled water in the mini-fridge. A welcome bottle of local wine, of course. Breakfast beckons you from your slumber as you smell the utter magic of the chefs, like Chef Dominique who took care of us. This is Michelin level unicorn tastiness. We sat outside on the large porch with comfy blankets taking in the morning chirping of all of the birds. Fresh juices each morning along with every other detail you would want. Everything sourced from their garden or animals or locally down the road. A tour through the property took us past the incredible space for events with a huge bowl-like amphitheater with hanging golden lights, original wood structure with country bar and pool table, romantic camper and campsite, and picturesque walking bridge - and out into the fields where we fed Scottish Highland cattle hay from the barn. What unique beautiful creatures. The location was perfect, just minutes from all of the local wine cellar tours and tastings yet remote enough to be serene. Lisa had recommendations and connections for anything we needed. The local ebikes company VineCycle delivered bikes to our door where we took off on an all-day adventure from the farm riding through the hills past vineyard after vineyard. The highlight was massages outside on our private deck, followed by a private dinner with Chef Dominique where we hand picked our veggies from the farm garden, then enjoyed a candlelit dinner with fresh flowers from the garden adorning our table and wine pairings from a local vineyard. Sitting by the roaring firepit under the stars and half moon topped off our stay. We bought many of the products found in our room upon our departure and are already planning a return. Just bliss...until next time...
