Kilbuck Creek is the most Magical place to get married. My husband and I are truly blessed to have had the opportunity to spend the weekend with out loved ones and Tie the knot with our friends and family. I want to give a huge shout out to the wonderful staff, who truly helped make our day perfect! Everyone was kind, helpful, and dedicated to making our day special. They helped set up and take down all of our decorations! We even were allowed to bring our beloved pets to share our amazing experience with us. I highly recommend this place to every bride. Truly a magical and beautiful place to be. We forsure are coming back to do the retreat. 1 weekend is not enough. 100/10 venue 💛

Had our wedding at Kilbuck Creek and was a wonderful and amazing day celebrating at this location. Great for being able to do everything in one space and the venue itself is beautiful. Outdoor option makes for a dog friendly venue, but if you’re staying at the house you will need to hire a service to handle your animals if you don’t want to make that a family members or friends responsibility.

Only comment would be to please please hire a day of coordinator or wedding planner for the last month or so of your wedding planning because while Kilbuck offers a day of person, it felt very rushed to get them on the same page and throughout the day still needed to keep answering questions when I just wanted to celebrate. A handful of details were forgotten that I physically could not handle alone and if I had a person who was along the way with me a little more in the planning process, things would have run smoother. Truly small details that few would have noticed, but would have been a smoother process with another person to tackle those needs.

Hands down one of the best wedding venues I've been to and a real treat to spend the day or weekend at! This is a one stop shop that has an amazing bridal suite with balcony, a magical ceremony space in an outdoor savanna, a rustic/chic barn for your reception and even lodging for family/friends. In addition, there are 200 acres to utilize for amazing photographs and video. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Kilbuck Creek provided our DREAM wedding and then some!!! We have gotten so many compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful the venue is and how it was absolutely perfect for us. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond in my opinion to ensure we had everything ready for our big day! They worked fabulously together and with our vendors so we could kick back and relax 🙂 easily the least stressful wedding ever!!!

Kilbuck Creek was the perfect venue for our wedding! We really wanted a place where we could have the ceremony, reception, and a place for all of our closets friends and family could stay. Kilbuck has the most gorgeous cabin, ceremony site, and reception hall. You really have to see it for yourself because the photos, while beautiful, truly don’t do it justice. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I truly didn’t have to worry about anything from the moment the weekend begin. Branigan and Jessica were a dream to work with and just made me and my husband feel like a million bucks. I wish we could get married all over again at Kilbuck Creek.

Stop your venue search. I promise, it will be worth it. Kilbuck Creek is the wedding venue that NOTHING can compare to. From day one, every experience was outstanding. My husband and I, like many other couples, faced the challenge of planning a wedding during a pandemic. We didn't know what was going to happen and with the venue being such a huge variable in our day, we thought this would be our biggest stressor. Boy were we wrong. Branigan was our savior during this entire process. We will forever be grateful for her understanding and help during that crazy time. From our initial inquiries to the day we got married, she went above and beyond what any person could do to make our day special.

The property is utterly breathtaking(guests came up to us all night in awe) and the food is outstanding(we are still getting compliments on it). One of the smartest things we did, was rent the house out the night before for the rehearsal dinner. We asked Costas, the venue's catering service, if they would be willing to come and grill some food and supplement it with various side dishes and Saro was more than happy to do so. It was a very relaxed setting where people were able to mingle outside and eat, enjoy the indoor pool, and even stay the night if they wanted. Since we were already on site, we were able to start the hair/makeup process nice and early, walk down the beautiful wrap around porch and staircase to the ceremony site to get married and then walk across the lawn to start our cocktail hour and reception. SO easy and convenient with SO much space inside and out. You never have to leave the grounds and while that may or may not be important to you, not only did we love that concept, but our guests raved about being able to stay in the same spot. There is also plenty of parking and shuttle services in the area if needed.

Planning any wedding is stressful, but everyone at Kilbuck made it so much easier. We felt like family, not a customer and a way to make a buck. You can see the heart and soul they put into their work and after many visits to other venues, where everything felt like some a la carte menu as a means to squeek out every dollar they can from you, it was a no brainer choosing Kilbuck Creek. We will forever be grateful for everything they did and look forward to celebrating future anniversaries there. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You wont be disappointed.

We got married here on December 1st and I’m so happy we chose this venue! When you choose Kilbuck you get to check venue, hotel, and caterer off your list as they have an incredible caterer (Costa’s) for you to work with and you can rent out the cabin for you and your bridal party to stay. We ended up renting the main lodge and the two side cabins so our parents could stay with us as well. We had them two nights so we were able to have an intimate rehearsal dinner the night before at the cabin which is just another thing I didn’t have to worry about! But wait there is more! You also get the amazing Branigan. Branigan is the event planner and was with me every step of the way in planning. She gave incredible advice and we talked thought everything during our meetings. She even came the day of after unexpected rain caused the plans for our ceremony to change. This would have stressed me out but Branigan figured out a plan and executed it flawlessly. I felt taken care of the entire process and cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. From the cleanup crew, planners, and other event staff everyone was absolutely a dream to work with. The space for your reception is also already to beautiful you don’t need many decorations to make it feel complete. I was actually able to set up early which was a huge help. Thank you Branigan, Mona, and the entire Kilbuck team for your help in making my wedding perfect! My family and I are already planning another stay there because we loved it so much!
