As an Alabama fried chicken lover, I was teethed as an infant on the stuff. I was absolutely delighted when driving through Colusa for the first time, mesmerized by one of the loveliest sunset one could imagine, to feel that rumble in the tummy and then find a local owned independent fried chicken joint! I felt the love at first fry! The staff was amazing, the ambience reminded me of home, back east, and just as delicious.

Foods pretty good but this young Hispanic girl at the counter has an attitude. I'm guessing because I came in at 812 and they close at 9. She had the menus turned off and refused to turn them on. Not a great look for a small town business. The guy that's normally working is great but this young girl is full of attitude. Didn't get asked what kind of fries or if I wanted sauce on the side. I've been coming here regularly since it opened but now I'll be taking a break because of this girl.

I usually go for lunch and I get the 4 wing combo with 4 sauces on the side the mango habanero sauce is great and so is the jalapeño ranch they are very generous with the amount of fries they put in. I hope this buisness keeps doing what it's doing right now
