I usually don't do reviews on a drive through window. But this is needed.
We like KFC food. Enough on that.
Service though. Oldeir was working the window. This young man was very polite. Big smile and very friendly. He handed us our order and saw us struggling with the old cups in our vehicle so we could put the new ones in. He said, hand those to me and I'll take care of it. Thank you young man

You know what really bugs me about having to send this review? When I first moved to Chino Valley just this last summer, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I would even go there for lunch at least twice a week. Recently the service waned, then the diner got worse, then very recently the quality of their food got worse. They may have hired some bad help recently, but you know what? I don't believe I will eat there anytime soon or possibly ever. It breaks my heart because it seems there are less and less decent places to eat around here. I guess I'm bringing my lunch for now on. The managers here better make some changes, because it's really bad to lose business when the competition isn't any better. ? Hmm...I guess the mom and pops businesses stand a chance against you franchise jobs after all! Who would have thought? Maybe one should open in y'all's location. That is if you don't fix it. You managed to knock one customer off your list just today. I just wonder how many people you turned away, because the drive through has been awfully full to be serving that many people poor quality chicken.

This is a combination, Kentucky fried chicken and Taco Bell. I ordered from the Taco Bell side today. The number three which is a burrito supreme, and a taco supreme. The taco supreme was super crunchy which told me it was fresh taco shells and I loved it. The burrito supreme I had special ordered, but somehow it just didn’t come out right and I couldn’t finish it. Service was great. Prices a little high for just one person but that’s how it is nowadays. For being a duo kitchen restaurant, they actually are on top of each of the different stations. The KFC side is delicious and fresh. Never a problem with them, and the Taco Bell side is equally as good.

They seem to be out of KFC menu items pretty frequently. Last time, there was no extra crispy chicken and no pot pies. I think it was the same the time before as well. They have also gotten extremely expensive. The food is always good, and the staff tries hard to do what they can, however.

Great customer service and employees are always nice. The management team are very friendly and willing to do anything for the customer. The food however never seems fresh. Side order selection has gone down hill. KFC and it's corn on the cob was the best. No more the corn on the cob replaced with corn out of a can, not the same.
For the Taco Bell menu, cone on stick with what works, all these new this new that terrible quality.

Ordered online, waited half hour to go and pick up. They said would be another 20 mins. Ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes. This is unacceptable. I would give a zero. Didn't even offer us a drink while we waited for 40 minutes in restaurant. I guess when you pay ahead, since they already have your money, you can wait. I'll go to Popeyes from now on.
