Lauren was Great! I'm a1st time customer, and she kept the doors open, so I could have my 1st tan for free! Because of her positive attitude, I bought 5 more of the highest level tans. Suncatchers & Hollywood tan were both closed due to snow, and she kept the doors open and received another customer.

This place is great! Their packages are very reasonably priced, the staff are so welcoming, informative, and friendly. The beds are great quality and they regularly change their bulbs. The rooms are also kept clean. Definitely a great place to tan! I also want to add that they offer manicures, pedicures, and hair services as well as sunless tanning which I have not tried yet.

This place is so cute!! Decorated very nice, super clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful:) the tan beds are new & so good. I had great color from just one time. Can’t wait to go back!!

I scheduled an eyelash extension appointment for two days before leaving for vacation. 30 minutes before my appointment I get a text from the woman who was supposed to be doing my lashes asking to reschedule. Had she asked to reschedule earlier I would have had time to find another salon to do it but now I have to leave for vacation without having my eyelashes done.

I scheduled a pedicure 2 weeks in advance and got a text confirmation about the day and time, and when I arrive for the appointment, they were unaware that there was an appointment scheduled and told me that there was no one there that could do it. There was no offer to discount or comp a future visit. All around unprofessional.
