This place is incredible. The entire organization and staff take customer care and service to a new level. This is not hyperbole - they not only embrace it, they live it. It must start at the top of the organization, and that is a testament to the entire company. The KF Glacier Lodge is exceptional in its own right. You are picked up in Seward for a 4 hour boat ride for glacier viewing and marine mammal viewing. Great boat experience. Upon arrival at the lodge, there is a 10 minute walk to "check-in/orientation" and the cabins. We had the Spruce Cabin. The trails around the facility are great to explore. There are so many things they offer for you to experience, sea kayaking, hiking, canoeing, behind the scenes tour, just chilling, etc. There are a lot of black bears in the area - so have your camera ready. It is a beautiful property, and they do such a great job respecting the indigenous tribe that own the land. Hats off to Lily, Ben and Harrison for all they did for/with us. It was a truly memorable experience.

This is a delightful place to stay. The cabins are very comfortable and the meals quite good. The staff is exceptional!!! Think about young adults doing the job of their dreams!||You arrive after a four hour cruise. You don't know what you might see or what the weather will be like BUT you will enjoy it. Out trip had a bit of rough water but you would expect that to be a possibility considering its location. ||You will be with a comfortable group with people from around the world possible. Our weather was a bit cloudy but we had no issues. My wife paddled a kayak up near the glacier. She was thrilled to say the least.||NO WIFI. NO INTERNET. NO CELL SIGNAL. There is an emergency communication system available.||I really enjoyed this part of our vacation. You should try it

We're from England and stayed here for 3 nights, 2 full days, at the beginning of our Alaska experience.|It was absolutely fabulous. By far the highlight of our 15 days in AK.|Absolutely stunning scenery, brilliant hosts and guides, the kayak trip to the Aialik glacier will be forever in our memories.|Outstanding food and a great bar, I never expected draught beer in so remote a place, but there were 3 to choose from. And as for the Glaceriatas, out of this world!!!|Like most (but not all) we met, we're in the active retired category, so if you're looking for massive hikes or full on adrenaline activities, you may be disappointed. Or you could follow one of the guides on their day off...|No Wifi or cell coverage, unless it's an emergency, which just added to the experience...

What a remote hidden gem! From the minute you step onto the boat and experience 4 + hours of wildlife sightings, until you dock on the beach and walk to the lodge, you know that you are in a magical place. The staff is so welcoming and experienced, the cabins cozy and the food outstanding. We highly recommend this lodge, and all their activities.

We just returned from our Alaska vacation which concluded with 3 days and 2 nights at the gloriously beautiful and peaceful Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge. The entire trip was incredible, however, finishing at the Glacier Lodge could not have ended things better. I can't even express how wonderful the entire staff was and the location is unmatched. From beginning to end, we were treated first class and it is clear the guides and support staff all love what they are doing. The food and facilities are top notch and the daily guided programs were simply fantastic. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I couldn’t recommend anyplace more highly. Just perfect.

KFGL is the thing I was most looking forward to on our Alaska adventure, and it did not disappoint. Every single staff member was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly enjoyed working there. We had great views of the lagoon from our cabin, but we were rarely in it. We stayed three nights, which was perfect for us as able-bodied people who like to be active.

We had beautiful weather for most of the time, and they provide gear to help with the rain and mud. Be prepared for Rainforest weather, and have a good attitude about it. Plan on using the drying room; it's amazing (I brought washing sheets to wash my own clothes and dry them in the drying room, fantastic and so helpful for packing lighter on a long trip). The food was delicious and filling.

We had a great time hiking, canoeing, and kayaking. The ridge hike is awesome if you are able and it is offered while you are there. The all day kayaking was amazing, especially when a humpback whale appeared in the bay with us. We also had the good fortune of seeing humpback whales bubble net feeding on the boat ride to the lodge. The sea otters and harbor seals are plentiful and adorable. The salmon and black bears were fun to see every day.

As amateur birders, we had a great time identifying new species (download Merlin pack ahead of time since you won't have internet, but they have reference books in the lodge. We were also lucky enough to have ornithologist Moony as one of our guides to help with identifying birds. Thanks to all the guides for humoring all our questions.

We had an amazing experience and cannot recommend it highly enough!

This was a very special adventure we couldn’t have planned without the amazing staff at the lodge. They really did take care of everything from extra bug spray, rubber boots, to ginger chews on our rough boat ride. We spent two nights and wish we had done one more as it was action packed and we didn’t relax or sleep as much as we could have. The food was outstanding and I’m vegan so they prepared special items for me in addition to labeling the other shared dishes at breakfast and lunch. We kayaked to the glacier and canoed the lagoon. We saw so much wildlife. It was a beautiful spot in between a beach and lagoon. Just book it and don’t look back!
