I recently had my nails done at this salon with Nancy, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The salon was impeccably clean, the service was top-notch, and everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly. Nancy's attention to detail and skillful technique left me with beautiful nails that I'm proud to show off. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Excellent place. They just need to work a little bit harder on being on time for appointments. If my appointment is at 111am I shouldn’t wait 30 minutes or longer.

We made an appointment with my daughter for 4pm. We arrived right on time. We chose the polish and sat down in prepared chairs with prepared water. They started working on my daughter right away, but no one came to me. After 15 minutes, I asked if someone would start with me because we have another appointment at 5pm. One of the employees replied that I wouldn't be able to make it, that I needed more than a hour for a regular manicure and pedicure. I told her I was fine. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left. No one apologized and no one had any interest in doing anything. To my surprise, the daughter was done in 45 minutes. Even though the lady told me she needed over an hour. The cherry on the cake was when I paid for my daughter she charged me non-chip manicure, which she didn't have at all. Another excuse. I do not recommend at all.

I have been going to Katie nails for about 16 years. I have gone back-and-forth between Katie nails and Victoria nails, and have been happy overall. The owners have always been pretty friendly. I will say that the salon could do a much better job with overall customer service. The environment seems to feel like the customers don't really matter. Normally at the end of a manicure, the tech will put some lotion on your hands and do a quick hand and wrist massage. During my last visit, my tech squirted lotion on my hand, and said, "Dawn, you rub in for me." I just felt inconsequential. Like I didn't matter as a client. I went back and added up all of the money I have spent in over 16 years, and in visiting twice a month, having pedicures and gel manicures done, I have spent almost $45,000 in the salon. it seems to me that the tech could have finished the job. I visited a different salon today, and had a wonderful experience where I was encouraged to relax and I was greeted in a friendly manner by several staff members in the salon. It just felt like an entirely different experience.
