Kathy’s nail & spa does phenomenal nail designs and quick! The only downside is that- Only Kathy herself can do these amazing nail designs. Others can do great basic nail designs, but if you want something above and beyond, no matter how long or short- Kathy is your girl😊😍 cleanliness I would also say can use a little bit more, but besides that, I highly recommend Kathy for nails- especially for beautiful long lasting design ❣️

For the most part they are really good and friendly, there have been instances in the past we’re a mistake was done and they just apologize but no accountability or try to keep the client happy. Lately I have noticed that they do try to fix the issue and make sure the client is happy

I know that trusting others with clipping my nails is a risk. I know mistakes happen. What I don’t appreciate about this place is that they really tried to make me believe I walked in with a “stubbed toe and broken nail” when really my nail tech made a mistake. She tried to cut straight across rather than realizing I have a curbed nail with curbed tissue. When I realized her mistake we went back and forth for a bit then the manager stepped in to repeat that I had stubbed my toe when clearly you can see the clean cut from the clippers. I liked the place, clean and staff is friendly but I did not appreciate the way they handled this mistake. I’m glad I’m not injured.

I came in without an appointment and was able to get gel refill manicure. Very friendly hostess/ cashier’ 💅 I have been coming for fills for over 3 months without app, so just write your name on the list. Bring cash to pay & tip. This time, I was taken care by Leanne & she listened to my request, which came out better then expected. I will be returning and highly recommended to anyone for manicure or pedicure.

Kathy's is great. Ive gone in 3 times now for a gel mani and they come out so cute! Gel lasts forever. I did not get my first chip until almost two weeks. Staff is nice. Will definitely keep coming back.

I usually don’t have a problem with this place I have gone to Kathy’s nails and spa for my eyebrow waxing for years now and they have always been spot on! Just that today was different I asked one of the workers for just a slight cleaning on my eyebrows simple right? As soon as she finished I almost lost it ! She completely destroyed my eyebrows shape and everything I absolutely hated it… please do better…

Really nice and clean place, affordable prices and the staff is really nice. Me and my daughter had a nice spa day here. I paid less than 90 dlls for a full set, pedicure with gel and massage and nails for my daughter. Overall, nice nails without extra charges at a really affordable price...definitely our new favorite spot!!
