I bought a saltwater pool from here 7 years ago, and it's already rusted out. The liner was installed with a j-bead instead of a j-hook which allowed the water to get in between the sections of the bead and rust the pool. Also when I bought the pool I was quoted one price and all the materials were not delivered with the pool. When I called to ask what was going on they said they misquoted the amount. I had to pay an additional $800+ to get the additional parts and they would not deliver until I paid for them upfront. I contacted the store and the home office and had not heard back from either one.
I would be very careful and leery of doing business with these systems. They bait and switch, do not communicate and don't stand behind their products.

used Kasten to move a hotub I had purchased and they did a great job. Called Greg on multiple occasions to never get a phone call back. He finally text and I asked to speak with him and he never would. terrible service, terrible response. I do not recomend this company if you expect service after the sale.

Got ripped off by a guy claiming to check out our hot tub to diagnose the problem. Except I believe he never came but charged me. Claimed my mother board was burnt on both sides but wasn't and the screws had all the original paint on them. Claimed no power to the motherboard yet the control panel on top had power. Everything he said contradicted the next thing. Next step is to take them to court to get our money back.
