Updated 1/21/2025. Karen is a gifted therapeutic masseuse and body worker. Great healing vibes but if you just want deep muscle work, she's your gal. I'm sure it's the best massage in the Sacramento area. I've never had better. Good for muscles, mood, tension, and anxiety. I have lots of physical and joint issues; her massage helps everything. Nice too! She's often full up so schedule in advance.

Karen's skillful expertise cover this broad range of styles. Your time with Karen is complete. She uses a combination of aromatic oils/lotions, hot rocks, low light, and gentle music in a quite private setting. Over that 30 years time, we have met several very gifted masseuses. We both can say without a doubt, Karen is the best practitioner we've ever had. You owe it to your health, to give Karen 60 minutes or better yet 90 minutes of time. Karen is my favorite massage therapist! She has been with me through several life passages, including pregnancy, postpartum care and help with chronic neck and shoulder pain as well as provided deep restorative relaxation. Karen has a unique style that unifies the body, she uses long connecting strokes which allow me to feel my body as an integrated dynamic self. She is supremely present, honoring if I need to share deep feelings that arise or have a session in complete silence. Her cranial sacral work is profound.
