Kabuki springs and spa has does a great job. It’s a warm, inviting space. Despite tickets being sold out, it was not too crowded. There’s a sauna, steam room, cold pool, warm pool. The lemon water drinks stand near the pools was a lovely touch.

This place is wonderful - clean, relaxing, generous...
It is miles above Archimedes banya- I regret having gone there instead of Kabuki.
The facilities are so much cleaner and you feel calmed, relaxed, and pampered. Herbal tea, lemon and cucumber water, scrubbing salt, personal care products. The staff is also SO much nicer and more helpful. They will explain everything, squeeze you fresh tea, and show you the facilities after you haven't been there for a few years (you are lucky if Archimedes staff will grunt in your direction).
The spa is a haven of quiet and peace. The temperature perfect, plenty of places to sit or lie down, everything has been thought through.
The only thing I'm not crazy about is the reservation system. I'm not a great planner, I find the platform unintuitive, and the texting system slow.
I love that they are still doing the stones!

Such a serene and calming experience! Even when fully booked it does not feel crowded at all. If you’re getting a massage ask for Susan. One of the three best massages I’ve had in my life, and I get massages monthly. I’d pack her up and take her home to Utah with me if I could!

Really lovely spa facilities, super clean and nice. However, front desk staff here upon check-in was standoffish/not at all friendly and did not give us any introduction to the location or facilities until we directly asked them to do so. They also never mentioned it was a silent spa (we thought quiet but not silent), but we realized this as we were shushed and side-eyed by multiple other guests and staff during our spa.

Additionally, we had 2 small personal items stolen here during our spa stay from the locker room. Upon checkout the staff (different ladies) were very kind and gave us some complimentary products to make up for the loss.

The location was also a bit hard to find and there is no direct access from the nearby mall parking garage.

This place is amazing and relaxing. I went twice for my stay in San Francisco and received a massage on my first time, second, just the baths. I almost fell asleep both times. Doing a Japanese bath for the first time was an experience. One of the pools was very cold but you really feel what it does when you go from the cold to the warm. I felt fluid like even long after the baths took place.

I do have a complaint that I won't let take a star away because I have no idea how it happened both times. I was told a number for what locker I had, then upon realizing why the lockers would not lock the number on the key was wrong. When I went to the front desk to return the guy asked me if it was a completely different number It is kind of hilarious but that might upset some people more. At first I was a bit upset. How does a key go from being 45, to 30, to 16?

I got a gift card for my birthday back in March, and I finally stopped by last week. The atmosphere is great, and the spa section had a lot of variety (showers, steam, sauna, hot tub, ice pool, waters, etc.). I think the massage was good, I had David H. He was thorough, but I think I’d try someone else next time. I wish he was a bit more firm.

I absolutely loved my four-hour spa experience at Kabuki. I had an 80-minute massage appointment and you can come up to two hours early to use the showers, saunas, and pools. The spa has a relaxing, moody vibe with dark walls, candlelight, and beautiful lanterns covered in deep red roses. They provide you with a robe, two towels, and a locker. They have sanitized, rubber shower slippers you can borrow and as many small towels as you like. There are many stations to get spa water or tea where you can also grab rubbing salts or an iced towel for the sauna. They have full showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as face cleanser and body lotion. My only regret was that I forgot to bring my own face moisturizer.

We had a surreal Japanese communal bath experience. Everything were super clean they have made such a zen and beautiful spa, it will instantly relax you. very clean communal bath area, which includes hot tub, which is heated to perfection. Cold plunge was a surprise. loved the shower inside the steam room. They also offer complimentary ice soaked towels and detox tea. Definitely visiting again.
