This is a beautiful little RV park with spacous sites tucked away in a peaceful rural part of southern Alabama. We have a 40ft 5th wheel and had plenty of space. Perfect for retirees and anyone who just wants to get away from it all. They are currently installing Star Link as of Oct. 2024 as well. Very friendly and welcoming staff, plus a well-stocked general store and take-out restaurant on site. Two thumbs up!

I just want to say that Jenny (host) is amazing! She is friendly and helpful. You can tell she loves what she does. She's a hard worker and protects the grounds. I'll be enjoying a wonderful extended stay here!

Only downfall is the Training
Facility isn't too far away and

Least 8 to 10 times per day and into the evening

Pond, check out the fishing from the lite up Dock at night

We love it here it’s peaceful. Jenny and Shelby are the owners and they are the best. Good size pond with paddle boats and it’s nice to have the store on the property also has 2 separate building with washer and dryer in each. They have just about everything you need here.

Absolutely serene! Shelby and Jenny (owners) were so sweet and helpful! The General Store always came in handy so we didn't have to go town for milk or ice. Not a fan of the ants or mosquitoes but hey, it's camping! Friendly park folks and we had a super nice neighbor, Cyrus (and Petey) who we will miss! If we're ever back that way, we'd like to be in either #1, #2 or #3! Great spots!!

I stayed 4 months without any problems at all great laundry in two locations in the park several different games for all ages plenty of places to walk and walk your pets fishing at the lake and you can walk to the store and get food and bait and tackle differently would stay again. #20

Awesome RV Park! Located just minutes from the Florida state line. Family owned and operated! They are continually improving and adding fun family activities. Be sure to check out their General Store. The biscuits and gravy are yummy! We really enjoyed our stay!
