Hands down best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Kristy has helped my lower back so much the last few months that I’ve been going to see her, she makes sure to tend to the areas that are causing me pain and has me feeling so much better after each session. I just wish I worked in town so I could go see her more often!

I recently went to Kristy Thompson at Just Breathe in the 500 Building in Russellville and she was fantastic! She really focused on my tight shoulders, back and neck, using a great combination of pressure that left me feeling completely relaxed. I've gone to Kristy for a year now. She was my first ever massage therapist I went to, and I've never regretted it.
The atmosphere she provides is relaxing and friendly, perfect for people new to massages.
And her deep tissues are no joke, she's worked out so many aches and pains in my body, some I didn't realize I had. I can participate in activities I haven't been able to for years because of her. I can't recommend her enough.

Kristy at Just Breathe is absolutely amazing! She has studied and learned so much more than most of the massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She gets to the root of my issues and she works the areas needed and I always feel so much better. I have chronic back trouble and she has changed my life with helping me to get relief and finding ways to stretch me and massage out the knots and do releases. I even had some digestive issues
going on and she did a tummy massage and let’s just say it helped move things around and helped me feel better!! My kids and I love going to her! It’s our treat to ourselves!! She is top notch, kind, professional, very clean, and affordable!! She has so many certifications and very informative!!! Go see Kristy!!! You will be so glad you did!!!
