Great place to take kids and let them run off some energy. Looks like a great place for kids' birthday parties as well (they have designated areas for reserved parties). Clean facility and courteous staff. The chairs and couches were also a lot more comfy compared to the folding chairs in the other family fun centers I've been to.

Haven't been here since 2020 when I was 10. I'm almost 15. I hope the employees that have stayed there since I was last there are doing well and I wish them the best

We went for our 1st time on Halloween when they had stated on Facebook that there would be a Trick or Treat and OPEN BOUNCE. We really enjoyed getting the opportunity to check the place out without having to pay, and had a lot of fun, we were excited to go back.
So when Xmas rolled around, and they again posted there would be an OPEN BOUNCE, along with pictures w/ Santa, we made it a point to go! They had me check in and enter my personal info into the computer on the front desk, then when I was done, the 2 or 3 employees at the desk said nothing further. I scanned the place, looking for somewhere to sit, but there was nowhere. They had 2 bday parties going on, and it was madness in there. Went to the bathroom, came out and 1 seat had opened so we grabbed it quickly. About 10 minutes later, my 2 yr old son was just getting comfortable in the chaotic environment, had taken shoes off and started to venture away without me finally, an employee came over and asked if I'd checked in. I said yes, he asked if I'd paid. I said no, it said on your Facebook post that this was an open bounce. He kind of laughed and shook his head and said, "No, it didn't say that", grinning at me like he thought I was an idiot. I told him we didn't have any money right now, he said "I'm sorry" and shrugged, then stood there as I got our things together.
To make matters worse, my son did NOT want to leave by this point, so he was kicking and screaming as I carried him out. I bent down to the floor and set my favorite water bottle that cost me a pretty penny down directly next to me to finish getting his coat and shoes on, and within 10 seconds, it was gone. Someone had grabbed it, and everyone in the surrounding area was looking away, avoiding looking at me! I know the water bottle was not JJs fault, but the whole situation would have been a lot different had they not falsely advertised an "OPEN BOUNCE". Merry Christmas...probably won't be seeing us there again, or any of my friends and acquaintances that also went thinking it was free that day.

We have attended numerous birthday parties at Jumpin' Jacks and hosted my son's 3rd birthday party there. We are always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are, especially the owner. It is wonderful that they allow outside food to be brought in and charge a very reasonable rate. The kids love it because it is FUN and the adults love it because they can easily visit while keeping an eye on the kids. Plus, by the time the kids are done jumping they usually take nice long naps!

First time coming here I brought my 6yo daughter and 15 yo son. Geared for the smaller kids for sure. Has 2 bouncy houses, 2 bouncy slides, an inflatable b-ball game, ball pit, birthday party area, a couple of arcade games, claw machine and a few other day care type toys. Comfortable chairs for the parents to lounge in that are perfert view of all play areas and two bathrooms. Place is in a warehouse conversation so its not all finished walls and ceilings however all is safe and clean. This place is worth the visit at about $7 per child. My 6yo just ran and ran and had nothing but smiles and fun. If you have a herd of youngsters this is the spot in Cheyenne to go.

I usually don't write reviews but this place is just OUTSTANDING! We've been coming here since we first learned about it. The price is right, the environment is kid friendly and clean, but above all the customer service is just out of this world. From the first time we came in and were greeted with sodas on the house, to today with a gift card for the card reader malfunction, their customer service never ceases to amaze me. My son has a blast, my wife can relax, and I get to sit down and organize my fantasy football lineups. An awesome weekday/weekend get out of the house kind of place. Highly recommend this bounce house of bounce houses!

Well managed, clean and a great way for kids to burn off some energy. Staff is also very understanding about letting adults in if a child gets too uncomfortable. If kids are getting a little too energetic and running around, the staff is very adept at helping them slow down for other kids' enjoyment. My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves it there!

Could use a little cleaning, but the kids could care less about that... and, as a parent of a five year old and three year old twins, I definitely understand. Very fun place for kids. Can be high stress for adults during their busy times. Lots of older kids mowing over the littles. Being short myself, I have a hard time seeing where my kids are in the bouncy houses, but they are prepared for that and have placed step stools around the facility. Thumbs way up for that from this petite momma! Definitely recommend if you can handle the noise and aren't afraid of building up your kiddos immunities 😉
