This is my first time coming here and I will not be coming back. I called at 11 am and asked if they were able to take me they said not at the moment because they were busy I understood and we set a time of 2:00 pm. 2:00 pm arrived I picked out a color waited 5 minutes and was told to go to the last chair for the pedicure. A lady arrived at the same time as I did for the same service and we sat next to each other. This was my first time coming here so I wasn’t aware if they used liners on there bowls but she seemed like a regular and We BOTH put our feet in the bowl with out the liners on and once the service started the lady said oh no don’t put your feet in like that. This is important just because afterwards it didn’t seem like they clean the bowl out and if someone else does the mistake (which in the time I was there it happened again) because they aren’t clearly directed not to you can get fungus or other bacteria on you. So the water is filling and it is busy, the worker tells me please wait as one of there technicians is finishing up there lunch I said okay no worries because I was not in a rush. Towards the end of filling my water she checks on me, but the lady next to me was constantly checked on. They hand her a menu on different pedicure options and she took her time to choose. My technician comes around and doesn’t hand me the menu just starts on what I assume is a basic pedicure. I noticed she reused a used file on my pedicure, I just started off educating myself on regulations and you aren’t supposed to do that. I last a total of 22 minutes in the chair the whole time stressed out because she is going at it. She painted my toes horribly some spots with no polish other with too much polish which caused it to bleed on to my skin , she cut my nails uneven and the whole time I’m taking to sit dry and was charge $32.00 the lady next to me was taken care of so nicely and was barely done by the time I walked out. My nail polish chipped 10 minutes later and I was able
to see how much she messed up. She didn’t even remove my dead skin off correctly from around my toes and bottom of my foot. So not only was I thrown out so quickly but the job wasn’t even done right. It was unfair to me to see that and it was a waste of money.

One star because they are nice. Don’t get acrylics done here. I can do better on myself. There is no apex on these nails. They are basically flat - I can see exactly where they are going to break. And I know where they are going to lift because they didn’t push cuticles back.

This shop is consistent with the quality and service. Hospitality is great. Every nail tech I have had work on my hands and toes has done a great job. Highly recommended, still.

I went in on a whim and called and they took me in and let say it was WONDERFUL! I felt welcomed and I was able to relax and scroll my phone and they were so good! My feet were refreshed and it didn’t take forever and store was clean and it was so restful

My wife and 5 year old daughter came in to get their nails done. This was to be my daughter's first experience in a nail salon. My daughter was first given a foot bath. The employee told my wife the water was not that hot. Thank God my wife knows my daughters facial expressions. She pulled her feet out and felt the water. It was extremely hot. My daughter was fighting back tears. She was traumatized. They packed their stuff and left. I hope my daughter is not mentally or physically scarred from this experience. We will not be returning.

Wow these guys are NICE! Very clean salon, very kind and fun staff and my nails came out AH-mazing! Good prices too! Can't wait to go back
