Drink was made exactly how I like it, pizza was fantastic, and beer nuggets were to die for! Recommend coming on a Thursday like I did when Jeri and Amanda are working. Perfect duo for both kitchen and bar! ALSO GREAT MUSIC!!!

Tried this place while I was at Fox lake for the 4th mainly because it offers tavern cut pizzas. I got a pepperoni, the phili cheese steak and J’s beer pizza. Crust was thin and they do not skimp on toppings. If this was in the city, it would only be slightly below places like Pats or Michael’s as the crust is not as flaky. Philly cheese steak was surprisingly good, the J’s beer pizza is a bit spicy due to the peppercinis, the sausage on it is not as good as other places in the city. The ranch dipping they offer is awesome. I also tried the wings and they are well done, the sauce was on the side for pick up order to prevent it from being soggy which is a pro-move. Prices are very reasonable ($22 for large pepperoni, $27 for large specialty). This should be the only place you’re getting pizza in the Fox lake/Mchenry area.

Ordered online, no chips given with either sandwich order and no salad dressing given for salad order. Whoever answered the phone refused any type of credit, no apology for the missing items, then hung up on me. Disappointed because food was good but service matters more. Do better.

We went to dance to live music. The management and staff were nice and didn't mind our swing dancing. The dance floor was small but our friends and us found spaces to dance. We had fun!

Best part was leaving! Fries were mush of oil. Asked for new fries and was charged for it. The burgers were still mooing and had a heartbeat! And waited 30 just to get a bill. Place was not busy at all.

Great place to have a Snack, Lunch or Diner. The stuff is friendly and they make you feel at home, they have daily deals and what i like the most are the garlic wings, Philly steak sandwich and on Thursday and Friday you can get Coronas with 3$ 💪🏼

Sarah is awesome!!!!!! We came in for the lunch special. Food was really good. Sarah was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful and she’s my new favorite bartender/waitress in Fox Lake.

Update. Came back a second time a week later. Sarah is here again. She remembered our drink orders from the first visit!! What?! I hope this business realizes what they have with her!

We hosted a casual work holiday party here and everything went great. We had about 26 guests. Wings, salad, pizza and misc aps were served. The staff was nice and friendly and extremely accommodating in regards to our seating requests and extra tables for gifts and prizes. Everything tasted great and everyone was please with the food. I’ve previously ordered food to go and it was good too… expecially the chicken ranch wraps.
