Jollibee is a Filipino fried chicken chain but from the fried chicken perspective you probably won't be able to tell it's Filipino except the they offer chicken with gravy.

It's usually really good fried chicken that's crispy and I do like the dark meat.

However this time I'm reviewing the new chicken tenders. I had cravings for Raising Cane's but the new one closeby is not opened yet so I decided to try the new tenders offered by Jollibee. I think the tenders are delicious and very tender inside but I do wish they offer better sauces such as the ones offered by Chick-fil-A or Raising Cane's. So my tip is to bring your own sauce (leftover from Chick-fil-A r Raising Cane's).

In general I'd recommend the regular legs/thighs but the tenders are not bad.

The place itself is in the mall food court so it's usually crowded and the in-store seating is extremely limited and the food court itself can be crowded too.

The line can be long but they move fast and the orders are distributed fairly efficiently. The parking for the place is also difficult to find but you'll eventually find a spot because it's a mall albeit you might have to find further away.

It was my first time trying Jollibee. Oh my goodness, the flavor was amazing!! Food tasted fresh because the chicken was juicy and crunchy. The two-piece meal combo was very filling. Peach pie was yummy too!

Found a foreign object that looks like a piece of white hair. I brought it to one of the young male staff, "Oh, sorry. Let me get you another one." 🤔 Great customer retention method in a monotone voice.

We were able to order during their closing hours. We’re the last 6 person they accommodated, staffs are nice and friendly. They still looked energetic even its closing time. The food was amazing, my kids loved the taste of the chicken and the spaghetti. Beef Pattie’s with mushroom is the best. The pies were tasty and crunchy.

If only I could give 0 stars then I would. They’ve made my order wrong many times before and I’ve had it. Ordered their online website for pick up, ordered 3pc spicy chicken and got original ones instead. Last time they cancelled my pick up order when I was already at store because they ran out of the spicy chicken. They could’ve cancelled before my pick up time.

Was looking forward to trying the spicy chicken sandwich. It came out pretty fast but when I opened it the patty was tiny and when I bit into it the texture was literally like rubber. Hugely disappointed. Will never get that sandwich here again when Popeye's and Chick-fil-A are within a one mile radius. At least now I know. Service was fine and the establishment was fine also, but the sandwich = awful.

Was in SF for a short trip and found this place by accident. I ordered a spicy chicken and an iced tea and it was $12 after tax. Taste is good. No complaints. Just a bit expensive for a quick bite.
