Nope. Asked about some bike parts that the owner had to order. He said okay, and took my name and number and said he'd call when they came in. And I left.
He NEVER called. Never bothered to tell me if they came in or not.
Him and the mechanic had attitudes.
I found a better place for parts and repairs.

Great experience with the services and bikes from VP !!! I bought my bike from Jimmy and it was a great buying experience… he really helped me zero in on which make, model and size… plus, the service and expertise from the shop has been great when Ive upgraded or added features… i have many years of riding and utilizing bike store services and Village Peddler is as good as it gets!!! Great bikes and even better people!! Highly recommended!!!

I was shopping for a new gravel bike for longer distance riding. The team was very helpful, and let me test ride a number of bikes and sizes around the outside of the store. Fit and comfort is so important when picking a bike for the trails around here, so being able to test a bunch of bikes before picking one helped a great deal.

Went in with my husband on Sunday afternoon to check out bikes. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We each bought a bike and are ready for the season. Will definitely revisit for service or a future bike purchase.

I truly can't say enough positive things about Jimmy and his team at Village Pedaler. My family has been going here for purchasing and servicing bikes for years and recently had the pleasure of purchasing 3 new e-bikes from the team. The service absolutely exceeded our expectations.

For me in particular, I needed a very specific size that was out of stock everywhere. Not only did Jimmy have it, he set it aside for me and charged me a previous sale price even though the manufacturer had recently increased the price.

When I went to pick up the bike, he spent quite a bit of time making sure everything was comfortable and exactly how I wanted it. I was even lucky enough to snag a left-handed water bottle cage! He also tossed in a few free t-shirts with the name of the shop on them, which I will proudly wear as advertising!!

Jimmy is a young guy and is doing great things for the world of cycling. I wish him continued success!!
