Excellent experience as always Kris does a great job. He pays attention to detail and I always get what I want and I appreciate that! One thing I would like to bring to your attention is whenever I’m in the washing bowls. It really kinda ruins the experience because the water goes from perfect to freezing to too hot to perfect again every time it’s not very pleasant so if maybe you could address that situation with the water bowls in the back that would be wonderful so the whole experience would be wonderful from start to end

I had a wonderful facial yesterday. The esthetician explained everything she used and was able to answer all my questions regarding the products she used. The room was clean and comfortable with relaxing music. The employees at Jillian Day Spa are super friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a facial at Jillian’s and it was absolutely the most relaxed I have been in ages. It was comfortable and professional and my skin was transformed. The treatments were gentle enough for me to go to a New Year’s Eve party later that night with glowing, dewy skin!

Katie did my hair and she did a wonderful job. She listened to me. She explained hair care products and was very helpful on a style that I was looking for at my age. She did a wonderful job. Very happy with the highlights and the cut. I will be back for sure!!! A very pleasant atmosphere when you walk in. Also, receptionist was very friendly and accommodating ❣️

My husband gave me a Spa Day for my 70th birthday! It was a Spa Sampler package and it was Amazing! Rachel gave me the best facial I have had in my 70 years! My face was as smooth as a baby’s behind afterwards. After Sarah did my massage I was total Jello relaxed AND out of my daily arthritic pain for the rest of the day and night without medication. My tall, beautiful blond hairdresser whom I think maybe named Heather did a special treatment after shampooing and conditioning that left my hair soooo soft. She then styled it perfectly! Thank you Jillian Day Spa in making my 70th birthday so special!
