I literally went in there on Thursday and it’s Monday and I had to go back and ask them to already fix my Tips and here it is Tuesday and they’re already back scratched off. I don’t even do anything literally like what terrible service.! whenever I went and asked to get my nails fixed. They act like it was a huge problem to do and literally the girl only fixed my one nail, looking at the rest of them, and then acknowledging that the rest of them needed fixed. She let me walk out of there. It was horrible. I will never go back.

I have been coming to Jenny Nails about once a month for a pedicure for a year or so now. They are always really great and kind, my daughter likes to come and sit in the princess chair and they will let her soak her feet with me which makes it a really fun experience for us both. The gel pedicures last a really long time and I am always happy with their work. In the past, when I have gone to other places for pedicures my toes would feel sore afterwards, but I have not experienced that at Jenny Nails.

I wanted acrylics taken off and they completely messed up my nails. He removed them with pliers! Normally they soak them. I told the guy it hurt and to please stop he didn’t and just keep ripping them off

I did not catch my technicians name, but she was super nice, did an amazing job on the whole manicure treatment and massage was perfect! Not too aggressive or too light. The only minor complaint is the key pad is missing on the 1st chair and they are heavily worn out.

I hate getting my nails done because it never turns out the shape or design I want and I have to go home and try to fix it.. I wanted some cute cow print nails for vacation. I walked in and they told me to pick out my colors and quickly sat me at a table. I like almond nails and every salon can never get it right. The man who did my nails shaped them amazingly. I thought brown cow print would be cute so I asked for that and it did not come out they way I expected but I figured I'd grow to like them. My only big complaint is that I'm not sure what happened but I walked out to my car and I had a weird bump in one of my nails. I poked it and some polish came out.

They did a wonderful job on my daughters nails. We have been other places and at least one nail pops off within a day or two but not when she gets them done here. She is always satisfied with how they turn out. They are also affordable. We will be returning soon.
