I love going to Jen’s Nail Spa! Jen is always so welcoming, sweet and cares about the quality of nails she does. I like how you can make an appointment or walk in! If you’re looking for a good nail tech in Quincy, this is the place to go. I’ve been to 5 different nail shops in Quincy and Jen is my favorite. She is quick, well priced and super sweet. Highly recommended!🤍

I got the regular acrylic nails. Not impressed. The lady filed my skin twice and got it bleeding, didn’t paint my nails all the way to the edges, just down the middle, tried to upsell me the gel polish like regular polish wasn’t even an option (had the regular polish around the corner hidden from plain sight and just handed me a ring that had the gel colors) and finally chose nails that were way too big for my natural nails and just cut the bottom part to fit my finger but didn’t fix the top part so my fingernails look really wide at the top. She didn’t file them down to match the rest of my fingernail and the filing job was horrible. I Re-filed my nails when I got home so they looked more natural. That’s why I wouldn’t let them up-sale me the extra $15 (yes, $15 to get gel polish, you can buy a couple of bottles and lamp for less than that) for gel polish because it was something I was just gonna have to go home and takeoff and redo. Even though I didn’t get the gel color it was still $50! To me, it was $50 wasted. I shouldn’t have tipped. Especially 20%! I just wanted out of there.

I have been going to Jen since 2009! We have shared so many wonderful memories from high school graduation, sorority life, college graduation and my wedding day! I couldn’t imagine those moments without her. She has become a wonderful friend along the way.

Jen is so nice and always ready with a smile. Kim gives the best pedicures too!

Was looking for a clean salon, and walked into this place. Very clean and was greated with a smile. I was not expecting to get in right then for a pedicure but the offered a time right then. I picked my gel color and they offered me a pedicure menu. I picked the deluxe and was not disappointed! The tech took her time and it was luxurious! Only downfall was at check out, was told they prefer cash. I get it, I understand but as a first time person here, could have done without that. I will schedule again....and bring cash!

My daughter and I love Jen’s nail salon and love all the workers there. They are so nice and it has a home atmosphere. We won’t go anywhere else. They do a great job and is so relaxing!!

Jen nails is an amazing place to get your nails done! Jen did my nails for my vow renewals, and I go back to her all the time. Love that I can still make an appointment with them and know I'll get in quickly! They provide great pedicures too! Love it!

Do NOT go to this place. Service was the worst i have ever experienced from multiple nail techs. I took my four girls here for gel polish and it maybe took 5 minutes for each girl because they were sloppy and rushing. From the moment we walked in the owner Jen would not acommodate for not wanting gel anymore which ended in almost forcing my girls to get the gel although that is not what they wanted. After the unsatisfactory paint job with the paint all over all of there fingers we went to go pay and the owner Jen tried to over charge me because i only had card and no cash. I proceeded to tell her that on the website it said 35 dollars for a gel manicure and she proceeded to tell us 40 each until we had cash. Do not come to this place it is such a joke very unprofessional and has poor communcation. Save your money and time.
