Usually go here and the girl does pretty good on my eyebrows. This time I waited 45 MINUTES for eyebrow tint. She kept letting everyone in line skip me because they got their nails done That doesn’t make sense, lost a customer for sure.

This place is the absolute worst nail shop I've ever been in. Not only was the service bad but the shop was filthy. The older lady in there was rude and the guy that was there walked up on me like he wanted to fight. I will never go there again. They got mad because my daughter and I walked out without getting a service and they charged me $5 because they put some products in my daughters water.

I went to JD today after a horrible experience with pro nails another salon in town. JD was fast and very welcoming. I was treated like they wanted my business. The prices were very reasonable and my toes and nails look great. I will definitely be going there from now on and so will my daughter. Thank you for a great experience JD.

They do a nice job. They are not talkative, so not like a salon/spa experience. Also they were playing "Praise Music" over the loud speaker last time so I may try to find another place. Haven't been since pre-pandemic, may have changed.

Not only was my pedicure experience unenjoyable, uncomfortable, and unpleasant but she literally did my pedicure in 5min. Literally rushed through it. Did not even properly care for my feet. I've never in my life had such a experience while getting a pedi. Will never be going here again

I got a gel manicure on Friday and it started peeling the very next day. It is only Tuesday and I already had to go have them redone. The place I went to today in Little Rock said it was a pitiful excuse for a gel manicure.
