I love getting my nails done, and more importantly to me, supporting a BLACK OWNED nail salon. We will CONTINUE TO SUPPORT JBB NAIL’D IT. Sometimes people get a little rowdy to keep the vibe and energy upfloat. Remember ladies Rowdy, NEVER Raunchy. Keep up the good work ladies. The ladies there are so in sync with their EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service, I love to see Black women unified, working together and getting money 😉 Did I mention these ladies do some of the HOTTEST SETS IN THE CITY! Every Nail tech here is SUPER TALENTED. Check out some of these super cute sets. I haven’t seen or heard of them giving out any infections, these ladies clean, and STERILIZE their implements and use NEW files, buffers, and manicure kits per client. The owners pride themselves on a CLEAN AND NEAT establishment. Let’s give a little GRACE to others

As always these ladies be snapping..love everything about this shop..the atmosphere, the music, the conversation. Ever since I came across them I haven’t gone anywhere else for my nails..they make my me time worth it. And also when I take my little girl with me..Keep at it ladies..I’ll be back like always..❤️❤️❤️

While the hospitality and cleanliness were top tier, I was disappointed to see that my birthday nails had been rushed on. I didn’t notice the sides of my nails being unpainted until I was already home from the shop. I was excited to come & get services here based on the great reviews I’ve heard from other clients here, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back again.

visited as a walk in on a weekday around 2pm for a natural overlay. the receptionist was very thorough in discussing price prior to service, which I loved!🩷 Yoli was my tech. although there was a slight language barrier (yo hablo español poquito), my service was amazing! she was very detail oriented & took her time. will definitely a regular.

the shop is beautiful also & has a fire playlist.

If you visit book with Tamia. You won’t regret it! She was prompt , polite, efficient, and had great conversation. And my nails turn out beautiful and exactly how I wanted 😁. Simple and neat. I highly recommend her!

This shop is awesome. I heard about it from a friend in Arkansas who has relatives there so I waited until my visit to Chicago to try them out. I am so glad I did. The shop is beautiful and the technicians are off the chain. I have never had my nails so perfectly done and my brows were perfection as well. Black owned and fabulous. Go check them out.

Honest review time… when I first came to this shop I wasn’t going to come back because I was VERY dissatisfied with my service so I was just going to let it. I decided to call and express my concerns and how I really didn’t like my nails and so forth not only did the owner apologize but she said what day works for you so we can fix the job. I went in on today (Tuesday) and I left feeling happy and satisfied. Kee did an amazing job fixing my nails and just overall making it right and potentially saving a customer to keep my business. The owner made me feel welcome and heard. She never discredited how I felt about my nails or the service that I received. You all have definitely earned my business.

I wanted to love this black owned salon but I feel like I was over charged. $100 for a fill in is too much. My nails are lifting after 7 days. The “no chip” chipped like never before. It feels like I wasted my money
