Disappointed with my visit to Java Beach Cafe. The breakfast burritos tasted like they were microwaved and lacked any real flavor. The latte was more like a glass of warm milk—no espresso kick at all. Pastries tasted old and stale, definitely not fresh. To top it off, everything was overpriced for the quality.

The staff is always friendly, the food’s delicious, and my lattes are always perfect. The pesto veggie bagel is delicious, and their PB&J bagel hits every time. Between getting to work on time or getting Java Beach, it’s Java Beach every single time. 🫶🏼

A good place to go before or after time on the beach. Pricey but tasty broccoli cheddar soup. (Good hot but not scolding hot temperature and nice bread that comes with it. Generous with the bread as well. )

Loved the artistic charming paper coffee cups.

Will definitely come back and already enjoyed my experience at another Java Beach Cafe location the last time I was in San Francisco.

Would really like to try next the Cesar salad with chicken.

What a sweet place, nothing like a coffee shop where you can get a draft beer. great location really quiet and chill. I didn’t try the food but can’t go wrong with a cold beer.

Been to this cafe multiple times. their bagels are good! unfortunately coffee can be a hit or miss. Usually I go for a vanilla bean latte and it tastes sweet but balanced. I don’t like their matcha or chocolate ganache cold brew, the matcha tasted bitter and grassy, the cold brew was no good in my opinion, no sweetness and over powering bitter flavors. i do enjoy their hot subs at times, really nice to grab one and go straight to the beach. will say it is pretty expensive 17 bucks for a hot sub, and i think 6 bucks for coffee.

Today my taste buds were hit with one of the most flavorful burritos I have ever experienced. The bacon was crispy, the cheese was gooey, and the eggs didn’t give me the ick which is rare. My butterscotch cold brew was the perfect amount of sweetness for a nice afternoon pick me up. I was shocked to find out this cafe also has beer AND soft serve. Two of my favorite things in life. Plus, there is a happy hour too. This place has it all. The baristas were kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic to be working here. Java Beach Cafe is definitely going in my list of favorites!
