Amazing place to see a show. I went to see EVIL DEAD the musical and it was amazing. No matter the seats you get you see the show. The ushers were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of bathrooms. Elevator for the disabled since the main entrance to the seating is on the second floor. Lots of parking available.

This is a fantastic theater. The staff is so helpful, and the space is wonderful - no bad seats in the house. There are only aisles on the sides, nothing in the middle, so you may be brushing past a lot of people to get in and out of your seat, but there are no obstructed views.

November 10th 2024, first time attending a CLC play and facility. I was very impressed with the studio theater facility. There is not one bad seat in the house. It is extremely professionally laid out with lighting and sound as well as cat walks. I knew by the title of the play,”The play that goes wrong“ that is was going to be a comedy. What was wrong, was the entire production. I believe that the blame should really go to the Director of the play. They completely misread how to produce and Direct this play. It reminded me of plays, we did in first year high school hamming everything up since, we had no idea what we were doing. The lead actor with Shakespeare experience, acting managing, and directing plays should have known better. All of the physical gags were anticipated by the actors. There were times we could not understand what they were saying, because of poor pronunciation and speaking way too fast. The only actor that actually was really funny and honest was the stagehand who filled in for the actor that was supposedly knocked out in the play. I hope to return to see other productions and hope for the best!

This is an incredible theater. If you choose to sit in the center, keep in mind the only main isles are at the end. If you have to get up it's a long way to the main isles. This is a great venue. Free parking. Inexpensive tickets. Fantastic staff. Extremely clean bathrooms. This theater is located at the community college, but has a huge sign identifying the James Lumber Center.
