Dr. Wu is an excellent doctor. He's thorough and knows his specialty well, but that's less difficult to find (it seems) in the US. What's more difficult is finding practitioners who are thoughtful and proactive, and truly care about your outcome.

That means listening when you say the problem is significant and disruptive in your life, and responding with additional ideas/interventions as needed to solve the problem.

I've had a lot of difficulties with my nose / sinuses / allergies, and have interacted with several doctors in the journey. Dr. Wu has been the only one to take a proactive interest, including providing follow-up calls in my care.

It means the world to me, and I am grateful to have Dr. Wu in my life and on my side with an otherwise difficult problem! He's a valuable part of the Daly City community 🙂

amazing results in two visits. I wasn't expecting it! Very professional and easy to understand. I can breathe through my nose and smell food. Short wait time and pleasant receptionist. My brother and sister have made appointments. Wow Dr Wu!!!

Dr. Wu was able to help me when no one else could. He was patient and talked me through all my options. I have had Chronic sinus infections for quite some time and he took care of them. I used to have bad headaches and slept poorly. I am all fixed now and like a new person. Thanks so much Dr. Wu!

ps- His office staff was super friendly and made the experience of having my nose drilled out a pleasure.Okay maybe maybe not exactly a pleasure...

So disappointed. I told the nurse how scared of Doctors I was in general when I made the appointment. No smile, no warmth and 5 minutes later I walked out with no direction as to what to do. Didn't even write down what he thought I had because I guess he thought I was a Doctor and would know what word he was talking about. I had to call back the next day and ask the receptionist. Now back to square 1. Cried on the way home 🙁

This doctor or his office is so unprofessional. They refused to see our client because he was involved in a car accident even though we would pay out of pocket. What kind of doctor refuses to see a patient solely on this reason. Go somewhere else! I am.

Dr. Wu is a true professional and the best ENT doctor in the Bay Area! Dr. Wu saw me late in his office even though he was getting ready to catch a plane. After seeing 3 different doctors and 2 courses of antibiotics, Dr. Wu was able to properly diagnose me and treat me for my illness. He even took his time to explain exactly what was happening and did not rush the visit at all. I would highly recommend anyone living in this area to make Dr. Wu your ENT specialist!

Dr Wu has the most reasonable prices of any Dr. I have ever been to anywhere, and there have been more than several,I am 63.

I can't imagine who the young lady who is complaining that his prices are outrageous has been to to make a statement like that. She must have had some sort of complications or some other reason for whatever price he gave her, as she might not have understood properly. In any event she should have addressed her concern to Dr. Wu and not put this sort of statement on the internet for all the world to see. It's people like her that can severely damage anyone's reputation and/or practice. It is not fair to the provider.

Dr. Wu is so so easy to work with and so so professional as well as extremely competent.

Terrible doctor, about 4 years ago had a terrible swollen salvia gland, feeds me nothing but pills for 4 months nothing worked then sends me to Stanford.

Walks right into Stanford and goes right under the knife and solves my problem. Stanford said if i waited any longer I couldve died.

This crook charges me $75 for the visit when he sent me to Stanford when I had to pay a handful for the surgery I got from Stanford. Decided not to pay it, cause why would I pay for something when he didnt do anything for me.

Present day, sends it to collection and forced me to pay for the worse service I ever had. Thanks Dr. Wu
