The worst back massage ever. He was rubbing on my bones the entire time. He didn’t even massage my muscle. He was rubbing my shoulder blades so hard!! I woke up today with my should blade bones super sore from him “massaging” them. It feels like I got hit. Don’t go at all! Owners: as a tip. STOP RUBBING ON YOUR CUSTOMER’s BONES! Room had no AC and elderly woman (cannot speak english so communication was very difficult) put a sheet over me and literally just started softly rubbing almost pinching like for 5-10 minutes. There was no pain but zero relaxation, my 6 year old could’ve done better. I asked if she was going to remove the sheet and she said yes and never did. i stopped the massage after 10 min. I’ve gotten so many in my life and this was by far the worst! So disappointed. Glad i stopped it so i didn’t have to waste my money.

Absolute worst experience here! I really wish I would have listened to the reviews prior to coming here, but i needed a massage and it was convenient at the time. Figured I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Felt like they had no clue what they were doing, and they didn't speak a word of english.. i mean no one! Left with a sore neck and shoulders.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The massage was unprofessional, with inappropriate techniques being used in sensitive areas. The overall service and attitude were lacking, and the masseuse did not seem adequately trained. I would not recommend this place for a massage.

This place was convenient for me to visit because while I'm at work it's only a 5 minute drive so, yesterday I paid them a visit. My back was aching so I looked up where I might be able to get a massage and J popped up. I arrived and stepped into their dark like shop where the attendant greeted me with a card showing the prices, I asked her a question and she looked puzzled, I assumed she didn't speak English but asked her again, she responded by asking her head and shrugging her shoulders. Ok, so she pointed towards the hallway and as I walked towards it she led me to a room. Once I was on the table a person came in and started to rub on my back, they gently rubbed and uses hot stones on my back, I never asked for hot stones. After a great time of gentle back rubbing he wiped my back down with 4 different hot towels, I thought this was so unnecessary, the oil could have been left on and more time spent actually massaging (if you even want to call that gentle rubbing a massage). Now he moved on to my calves and applied oil to them in a rubbing up and down motion(not massaging). I asked 4 times for him to apply pressure, he never did. This was the absolute WORST was ever to spend money for a massage. If this is how they "massage" everyone they should not be in business. I will for sure not give them mine again.

That was by far the worst chair massage I received in over twenty years of getting chair massages in airports all over the world. He literally was grinding his elbow on either side of my spine fir the entire 45 minutes. Even worse, way too long in the same spot. Never touched my arms or hands, or above the belt line where most of the back pain usually occurs. Neither employee spoke any English except for: "What, no tip?"

Been here several times. It goes well only when the guy does the massage, last time I was there the lady kept squeezing my shoulders in the same spot until they started to hurt, starting my massage until he was done with another client. I paid with card but when I tried to tip with cash she said "No, that that's not enough". I thought there was a misunderstanding and explained I was paying with card and giving cash as a bonus, but she said "He's very good, he deserves a bigger tip". The guy kept saying "thank you" awkwardly trying to let me go but the gal behind the counter was intent on pressuring me into a bigger tip. I liked this place because it was cheap but evidently they demand big tips instead of charging what they want for their services.

I absolutely LOVE this place.!!! 3 of us went this time, my friend got an hour full body, my husband got a 30 minute and I indulged in a 90 minute full body + foot massage.!!! Everyone of us walked out feeling so much better.!!! Every time I come here I’m well taken care of.!!! I had Amy this time, she’s amazing.!!! My husband and my friend were very grateful with their ladies too.!!!
They make going back to work so much easier.!!!
By the way, their prices are more than fair too.!!!
I’m very very grateful for J Relaxing.!!!
